Doesn't work and received a replacement and it didn't work either
Doesn't work and received a replacement and it didn't work either. It will not even charge.

First of two batteries produced a faint error signal when installed and plugged in to top off charging. It was returned for replacement battery.The second arrived absolutely dead and would not take any charging at all. Returned for refund.

Battery was defective and quit working.
After a long session of vacuuming on the turbo setting, even after letting the vac cool off, the battery failed and would not charge or operate. The same thing happened to the replacement that was sent, it failed as well, and even quicker. Buy Dyson batteries.

Poorly built
This battery gave me 15 minutes of run time when I first installed it and now it gives me 30 seconds of run time would not recommend this battery for a replacement

Died within 8 months.
Died within 8 months. -the original Dyson battery lasted more than 5 years. That’s says it all.

Died very quickly; waste of money.
We bought this battery as a replacement for our “high capacity battery” Dyson stick vacuum. Even when it was new, it held maybe half the charge of the original battery, and within a few months it would no longer hold a charge at all. It survived maybe 30 recharges, while steadily losing capacity the whole time. Waste of money.

Worked great for a minute
aaaaaaand now I'm back buying a new battery ... again. When new, it worked great and increased use time. However, it stopped holding a charge after a few months. JUNK

Doesn’t hold a charge
I had to return the first battery that arrived because it got stuck “on” and would never turn off.The second battery that arrived has a useful charge that is less than half of the original battery that needed replacing.Avoid this battery. It is poor quality and doesn’t hold the charge that it is advertised for.
