Stringles® Organic Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks, 18 oz

These cheese strings make a delicious convenient snack! It's not the best quality mozzarella cheese (it's still string cheese), but it comes from organic milk and has a mild but not boring flavor, not too salty. Organic Valley string cheeses are definitely better quality than most processed cheeses.Personally I don't look for stringiness with my string cheese, for me it's just a matter of portability and convenience of having a single serve. I would say it's decently stringy, but it's more of a creamier string cheese. Left out of the fridge it gets really soft at room temperature, not an ideal snack on the go I'm warmer days.I even use this mozzarella for cooking, when I don't want to waste opening a whole mozzarella block. I like to chop it in bites to top salads or cold pasta dishes. It doesn't melt all gooey, but it has a decent melting factor for grilled cheese and it browns OKish under the broil.The 18-pack is definitely a better value for the money, the 6-pack is always too expensive, even in stores. The packaging (individual wrap) is easy to open.

It is a little softer then most Mozzarella sticks, but that’s what I like about it. I think it has a flavor more like fresh mozzarella. For the amount you get in the bag, the price is ok.

These are really great organic snacks. We have been avoiding processed or GMO foods and these are a great addition to the grocery list.They taste excellent, and I like that you can eat them in bites or strings! My only advise is buy more than one.... otherwise you might go looking for them only to find out that they are gone.

This is my favorite string cheese. It is not overly salty and has a softness and slight creaminess. On sale, this can’t be beat.

We received these as a substitute for another brand of organic string cheese. I was surprised that these were double the price. $6 for 6 cheese sticks. The brand we usually get is $4 for 8 cheese sticks. They taste exactly the same. I don't think we will order these again.

I love having string cheese in my fridge for a quick snack. I actually love just ripping it apart and enjoying it with crackers and sometimes hummus.

Didn't order this as I don't eat cheese much. Used it as a topping on a bean-tomato dish cooked in the microwave at low power, where it contributed a nice pop of fat and protein.
