I bought this Echo for my bedroom and it blends in well. The sound quality is amazing 😍 Setup is easy, quality is great, Looks amazing. It packs a punch. Good to listen to music and movies. Just lower the volume set a soothing music and sleep to the melody 💤😴

The Amazon Echo (4th Gen) truly impressed me with its exceptional sound quality—clear, deep bass and crisp vocals make it a standout upgrade from earlier models. The build quality is also solid and premium, with a sleek spherical design that complements any room decor beautifully. Alexa’s responsiveness and the device’s ability to fill the room with rich sound make it a great choice for both music and smart home control.However, my delivery experience was very disappointing. The product was delayed multiple times without clear communication, and the Mumbai delivery team showed little empathy or initiative in resolving the issue. After several follow-ups, it finally arrived much later than promised. The product itself deserves high praise, but the delivery service needs serious improvement in professionalism and customer handling.

Great purchase!
I got this for a little under 5K with the discounts and it's great at this price. The sound is good and would easily be one powerful speaker at this size. The device itself is high quality and great for entertainment. I would suggest buying this. Only reason 1 star is deducted is that the app is kind of buggy when you want to connect a different wifi rather than your usual one but it finds its way.

Bad Customer service in the warranty period
Issues with 4th gen echo. I have ordered two and both of them stopped working after few days. Amazon customer care guys replaced the first one immediately but the replaced echo device also stopped working after somedays. Then for the replacement of second faulty echo device they told me to buy a new one and then they will refund the money when the defective one will reach them. This is very bad service from the amazon.
