06/10/26 UPDATE:I reached out to Customer Service regarding the plug problem. After supplying proof of purchase (receipt) and a few seconds of video showing the problem, the company immediately sent a replacement free of charge and sans requesting the dysfunctional one be returned.It works exactly as I hoped: Very strong magnets hold firm to speeds up to 75 mph (with sporadic 80 mph). Most importantly, for my purpose, the magnets hold firm even on extremely rutted and gravelled dirt roads. (Sometimes I think my teeth and brain might rattle out, but as long as the caution lights hold, it's all good, lol.)The lights are super bright; one of my customers remarked that he saw me coming a mile away during a cloudy day. This is what I want. The mailboxes on the highway are dangerous only because the other vehicles have little to no consideration for those of us delivering mail, making frequent stops, and sometimes needing to dismount from the vehicle to do our job.I took photos; the switch is easy to work to change lighting styles. My only regret is that I wish I bought the alternating white-yellow lights version instead, but I didn't see it available until recently. Oh, well.Changed to 5:5 stars for both device and Customer Service (thank you).Please see video and photos; lights are bright even in sunlight. :-)ORIGINAL REVIEW: The magnets work. The cord works. The only problem (which is a big one for this rural postal carrier) is that the plug refuses to properly fit and stay in place in the lighter socket. I consistently have to push it in and check to make sure the lights are on.On the dirt county roads, the light stopping because its plug refuses to stay in place is less of a concern. That said, it's a extreme concern when I'm delivering on the highway.Perhaps I got a wonky item. Gonna reach out to customer service prior to purchasing a competitor version and scrapping this one.

great product---love it --works beautifully

Whenever I first saw this product, I was hoping for a little more substance than the other various strobe lights that I encounter on a daily basis. Wow did this particular product blow away any and all expectations! I am thrilled at the quality I got from this product that costs no more than the money in your billfold! The magnets that hold the strobe light in place are amazingly sturdy and I have no fear whatsoever of it falling off. The brightness was actually blinding, so you never have to worry about being seen. And to top all of that off, you find a place to run your wire in, and plug into your 12 V adapter or cigarette lighter, and turn it on. It is so easy to setup and install, and the icing on top of the cake for me was actually the various light modes that come preinstalled. Whether you’re a professional company or you just want a good, personal safety light for your budget, this is the one you want! My only desire for the product, WHICH IS NOT A COMPLAINT by any means, is that the cord for the light isn’t any longer. At 10’, it is a little shorter than I how I had hoped to run the cord, but I was able to make it work.

First one, the switch didn't work. The replacement works great. Really bright.

great customer service,was missing rubber cups that go over magnets,emailed customer service and was very quick to get back to me,I know have the cups to go over the magnets. Have the blue very pretty and bright

This light bar is pretty darn good. It's super bright, has lots of customized patterns and holds up well to all kinds of weather. I didn't see the very bottom of the listing saying that it's not rated for highway speeds, and that's definitely correct...so I guess I can't really hold them at fault for that much, but it would've been better seeing that a little more prominent in the listing. For a very small amount more, they could've put much better magnets on it to hold it at high speeds. THAT BEING SAID, even being blown off my roof 2 or 3 times and wacking the side of my truck a bunch till I was able to stop, it still held up great!!!!! I went and purchased a much stronger magnet base and bolted it on and now it is fine (at least up to 75mph in a good amount of rain). All in all, I would purchase again, as long as I remember to put better magnets on it immediately.

I do security and when our cars are in the shop I use this little light bar on the rentals. It's small but it's very bright. Even out here in thick fog and heavy rain. Been using this nonstop for 2 weeks with no problems. A great back up and good enough for permit use. Will buy again if have to.

I like this product a lot it's super bright and has lots of different lighting patterns to choose from. I just picked out the one I like the most and hardwired it into my pickup to a toggle switch in the cab. Been using it for the last couple years to plow. Works great great price as well highly recommended

I just received the item and the light inside from one side is broken

Flash patterns are too erratic. More like a stage effects display than a road warning light.

I purchased 2 units, excellent product, the brightens is unbelievable, you would have to be blind not to see this product. Its stated about 1/4 mile, however, I would have to say its like 1-2 miles you can be visibly seen.

It had scratches when delivered.
