Very poor quality!!!
It is used less than 5 months and there is a hole on the band. It is too dangerous to use it! ihope there is a warranty to replace it.

Avoid This Resistance Bands Not Worth It
Instead, use basic free weights to exercisethat provide enough resistance.When traveling go to a gym or hotel gym most havebasic equipment that would be better than this bands.I do not recommend this bands.
