I recently bought this retractable leash for my small dog, and it’s been such a great upgrade from our old one. The size is perfect for smaller breeds—it’s lightweight, easy to hold, and doesn’t feel bulky or awkward during walks. The retracting mechanism is smooth and doesn’t jerk, which makes walks feel a lot more controlled and comfortable. I also really like the brake/lock button—it’s responsive and easy to use with one hand, which is super helpful when my dog suddenly gets curious about something. Sturdy, well made, easy to use. At first my little dog was terrified of it because it was new. After a few days she become accustomed to it. It does have a really fast retractable line, so u have to be careful when you retract the line. It's good to use as a temporary tie out when I'm outside working in my yard. This way my dog can be outside with me!

Pros: - Easy retracting - Comes with an anti-chew, rubber coated steel cable - comes with poop bags of decent quality, unscented - Used for my mini Australian shepherd - Easy locking and stopping buttons - Poop bag holder untwists for easy replacement of the bags - does not tangle unless you’re stupid and letting it go all the way out and then using the lock button - seems pretty on-par in terms of getting your money’s worth - I think the leash part is reflective, but I haven’t walked my dog at night so Cons: - Actual ribbon-like cable seems like it’s too thin and might fray over time - the no-chew cable is a bit heavy so it gets stuck under my dogs butt sometimes - poop bag holder is plastic, but seems like it wouldn’t survive being chewed or stepped on - Actual leash holder will definitely degrade over time.

Easy to use and very practical. The retractable leash works smoothly and the built-in dispenser is very helpful. Great quality and perfect for walks. I love it!

We got this for our 25 pound Pug! It works great and I love that the poop bags are attached because it makes it very convenient

Compared to previous leashes I’ve used from other brands, this one is significantly smoother and quieter when extending or retracting. For reference, my dog is 14 lbs (small breed), and this Small size provides just the right amount of resistance and control without feeling flimsy. On morning or evening walks, the black tape can be hard to see. While it has reflective elements, I would have much preferred the tape itself to be a brighter, high-visibility color.

Leash works well and I like that it's only 10 ft, which is perfect for my 20 lb dog. But 8 months after getting it, the rubber material in the grip is splitting down the middle. Isn't as easy to grab it now.

We dont use this often so I would estimate used less than 10 times, snapped at the clip so it wasnt chewed through!
