Could these bags be used for Sous Vide cooking?

Not sure. They are huge, so not sure it’s practical to use in sous vide cooking. We always vacuum seal for that.

can this be used in hot water (110 degrees F)?

I did not use it with hot water but it seems very strong and my guess is it would be okay. Maybe the manufacturer will answer you.

How do you open these bags? both arrived sealed shut and i cannot open either one.

I used a small needle nose plier. Carefully gripper one side with the tip of needle nose plier and the other side with my fingers. The pliers allow you to easily separate the two sides. Careful you do not want to damage the seal. Good luck.

no, it has a lot of germs after brined the turkey, so I don't think it is reusable.
