First ask yourself why you want something so large and heavy? On a very large frame these will fill in nicely. On a normal frame they are humongous, so perfect for what I wanted. I can not imagine a medium frame having the chest width and back strength to lug them around for long periods of time. So as the description says, if you want big you get big. I would prefer firmer nipples to get more poke thru on dresses, it is easy to pad them if you are more modest but difficult to make them stand out if you are more flirty. I had hoped for the 6 1/2 inch protrusion and will say it depends on from where you measure. I measured about 5 from sternum to furthest point out and 6 1/2 from the side to the furthest point out in a sports bra. They have a tear drop shape so there is cleavage that the tri-angle style fail to give. Also opted to get the larger 24XL, choose carefully. Extremely happy to have these and the larger size for different needs. Now if only there was an olde style cone shaped bra strong enough to holg these up and out.
