A good first book to understand your anxiety and panic attacks.
This book helped my anxiety and panic attacks twenty years ago. It was the worst thing I have ever physically and mentally gone through. This book along with counseling and medication may help ease you through this terrifying trauma. I have recommended this book to many friends since I first purchased it. I was glad to see it was still in print so I could buy this copy for a close friend whose is going through this now. Well worth the small price.

Reprogrammig is the key!
Years ago I was on xanax and antidepressants for anxiety and panic attacks. I decided I hated being fake and all drugged up I wanted to find me and fix me. This book was amazing and have told sold many people about how this book helped me.This book teaches you to re program your thought process and find your happy place by doing so. It's very easy to read and makes so much sense.The brain is a powerful unit and it is possible to reprogram the thoughts that cause the triggers.

Second Copy
I got this book some time ago when I was recommended to read it for some issues I was having. It is a great book that is very easy to understand and use to help with anxiety. I especially like the guided meditation script that is on page 63. This book was very useful to me. I recently bought another copy for a good friend when they mentioned they were having anxiety. I would highly recommend this book.

Better than pills, a must have
If you suffer from anxiety attacks and do not like taking medication this is the book for you. I was given this book when I started to have anxiety atacks 20t years ago and help me cope with my anxiety attack. It's now helping my brother deal with his panic attacks. I totally recommend this book

A most have for anxiety sufferers
This is a book I had years ago and couldn't find anywhere then a friend told me I gave it to him years ago when he was having anxiety problems. I got the ISBN and reordered it for myself and already its been helping me to feel a lot better.
