Really works well, occasionally the type C usb on one side of the Laptop will stop working until the next reboot!

Item arrives on time as expected and was in way better condition than I expected. There were no nicks, dings or scratches and looked almost brand new. It was already updated to macOS Tahoe and works fine. Item quality is nice what was expected. I would definitely purchase from the seller again.

I've been an IT tech for 30 years, here is my review of the Amazon renewed MacBook Pro laptops. Starting off with the bad, the bad isn't that bad really, the laptop was listed as Excellent, and in that condition according to Amazon, shouldn't have any dings, on the lid on the edge there is two small dings right on the edge, while disappointing ,it isn't a deal killer for me, i do think it should have been maybe $20-40 cheaper because of it and loses one star because of it. Not a huge deal The air vents looked like they might have been quickly cleaned, but still had fuzz in them, which i was able to vacuum out pretty easily, but would of liked this to already been done. i9 macbook pros love to run hot, so clean vents are important. So I might take the back off to do a good cleaning. But considering things, I was ok with it, but others should inspect the vents and make sure the vent holes are clean to keep good performance and cooling. That out of the way, it matched all the other requirements for Excellent condition. Battery is in "normal" condition and above 80% life. Keyboard is in great shape. Speakers are perfect sounding, touchpad is perfect, and now the screen. The screen has no visible scratches and no dead pixels and seems to be in perfect shape and looks fantastic. Performance, the performance seems good, it runs Serato DJ pro perfectly for hours. Runs Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro just fine. Gaming is decent, games like minecraft get 100FPS, other 3d games get 50-100fps and is very playable. So for the casual gamer it's decent. Overall I'm really pleased with the laptop and would recommend buying amazon renewed in Excellent and Good condition i believe. I bought two of these renewed Macbook pros at the same time, one is Excellent condition and one is Excellent but has the tiny dings previously mentioned.

This was my 4th Mac, 3rd MacBook Pro, and 1st refurbished purchase, but I figured at such a low price, with additional purchase of a comprehensive insurance plan from Asurion (note: insurance is NOT included), it was a worthwhile investment. Ordering was a breeze, and shipping was prompt. The computer was securely packaged, arriving on the day promised, looked good and functioned beautifully for a few days shy of 10 months, until overnight, it unexpectedly ceased working. I am so thankful that I followed my instinct to BUY THE ASURION INSURANCE. After the Mac was evaluated by The Genius Bar, and subsequently shipped off for repair, 24 hours later I received the news it was beyond repair, and a full refund was issued, proving the INSURANCE an excellent purchase. All that being said, I've already purchased and received a renewed MacBook Air, and am currently shopping inventory of other renewed MacBook Pros, with intent to buy. Trust me, all of these products are, or will be FULLY INSURED as well.

Love the laptop. It was dirty and could have been cleaned. They also sent an iPhone charger that’s not good for the laptop and not enough power. For the price I definitely expected a real charger that’s supposed to be used, or I even wish they said that in the description. And how dirty the laptop screen and laptop was, was crazy. Also received on zero percent so it took long for my first use. Received it quickly though.

La apariencia es 10 de 10, pero la funcionabilidad no lo es tanto, se calienta cuando se le exige mucho y los abanicos hacen ruido al operar al 100%, no lleno mis expectativas.

The laptop was in about 8 out of 10 scratches dings . Price was about 7 of 10 because the charger required is an Apple brick minimum 96 watt usb c and the charger plug that was sent was new but it’s a 65 watt usb c. The cord is good , plug is not good it’s red hot not charging correctly beeping on off disconnecting from charge . So now I have to buy a charger for it for $40 . It’s better to drop prices by $35 just tell those to buy plug than to supple a iPhone size plug that really doesn’t charge correctly . I could send it all back but it’s not worth the stress .

This is the second laptop I purchased from this company… the first I bought and the right speaker was blown on arrival and the battery only lasted about two hours off charge… also when the laptop is plugged in the battery icon says “power source: power, adapter, battery not charging“ I purchased this second laptop to use while the first one was going through the return process, and while this one has a working set of speakers, it also is doing the same thing with the battery stating that it’s not charging and only lasting about two hours off the adapter… I’m going to keep this one since it is a good laptop for the money, but part of the reason people buy portable devices is so that they can run them on battery and not have to worry about being tethered to a power adapter… hopefully this one will work fine although I am getting a stuttering screensaver and YouTube videos keep buffering so I’m not sure what’s going on with that…

Great computer all though had a few issues at first with some charges coming in after the purchase trying to charge me again from different country's. I find the battery life doesn't last as long as my 2013 macbook pro.

Al principio la máquina funcionó bien durante tres meses para luego apagarse de improviso. Pensando que era el cable cargador genérico lo que le estaba afectando, la lleve a un taller especializado y oh! Sorpresa, la tarjeta principal está dañada seriamente y ahora tengo un bonito y costoso adorno en mi oficina; ya Amazon deja mucho que desear en cuanto a sus ventas, que pena, les recomiendo que antes de comprar un reacondicionado, lo piensen más de tres veces para no tirar su dinero a la basura.

Like Brand New. Works Perfectly. No Battery Issues. Mint Condition like came New cuz I think it did come new. Bootcamp works perfectly runs fast. Touch bars coil. Genuinly amazing. It says 16 GB ram but I got 32 GB ram instead and that is amazing
