Wow I finally put this together and I love this thing! You can even do it in bed! You can use it for assisted sit-ups by holding the bar while raising your legs and torso, you can use it for rows and bicep curls and it has other attachments for shoulders and stuff! I just used it for like 5 mins and my arms and core are on fire but no pain!

I like the versatility afforded by this product. A feature I'd like to see is an option for shorter bands --for those of us who have short legs the current length of the resistance bands doesn't allow for full ROM of certain exercises.

I really do like this exercise equipment! It’s small but I also get a great workout in. The only reason I took a star off is because the feet inserts are so small. I can barely fit my feet in to hold it back and I’m only a size 7.5 in womens lol. The most I can get is my toes to really push down and hold onto it, so it’s kinda uncomfortable. But nonetheless, works!

this broke the 1st time (barely) using it. I was laying on mat using it for leg lifts & on the 5th lift the 2 side plastic 'screws' flew out & I still cant find them. Total Crap!

It would be helpful if there was instructions that shows the different exercises.

Great workout tool with multi functions and good cost. I have been using it for about a week and found it very helpful for both adults and kids. Really a suitable tool for strength training at home.
