I CAN NOT ADD THE LOCK VIA APP, I GOT EORROR OF SERIAL NOT VALID. I CAN NOT GET ANY HELP OF THIS ISSUE.

The device works properly. There is a slight backlash between the body and the sole, this is clearly a poor production accuracy. I glue a thin strip of double-sided tape on the edge of the sole, and it's fine.

Worked perfectly for a couple of months
The lock is pretty good itself and easy to use, works with HomeKit and nice battery life, but unfortunately, the doorsense stopped working without any notice and I can’t use its features, meaning there’s no way to lock the door immediately without the sensor. Another thing is that sometimes the locker can open itself without any reason and it’s pretty scary to find out such things can happen.

Great smart lock for EU with HomeKit and Alexa integration
I have been looking for a smart lock for use in the UK for a long time now, but nothing has been available that works well with all the smart home ecosystems without losing features. This lock has all that and from a reputable brand giving peace of mind that it is secure. The best feature in my opinion is the auto unlock that opens the door for me when I approach the door rather than having to root around for keys. Being able to integrate easily with other smart home products is also great, turning on lights as the door is unlocked, or disarming the house alarm. Would definitely recommend. I also needed to use the adjustable cylinder for my door, the fitting was easy and took only a few minutes, no special skills required and works really well with the lock.

... ich machs kurz zum Einbau an der Haustüre: 1. Muss sowohl die Zunge als auch der Riegel sauber gangbar sein. Bei mir hiess das auch wegen der Montagevereinfachung .. neues Schloss und neuer Schliesszylinder ... ist Arbeit!! 2. sitzt der Smartsensor (Magnetplatte, nix smart!) nicht richtig, kann das Schloss nicht abschliessend kalbriert werden. Die Tür kann beim Kalibrieren die Eckwerte nicht ermitteln. Es weiss nicht, ob es z.B. mit der Hand auf- oder abgeschlossen ist. Das Schloss ist ohne Kalibrierung mit der Magnetplatte einfach "blöd". 3. der Magnet muss (muss) in Richtung Yale wirken können In Höhe der Batterien .. vielleicht muss man ein Holzböckchen zu Montage druntersetzen -So hab ichs gemacht. Alles funktioniert nun einwandfrei. In Summe: es ist solange mit derPostion des Magneten neu zu kalibrieren, solange die Kalibrierung nicht komplett abgechlossen ist ...
