All-in-One Espresso & Coffee Maker, 10-Cup Pot, Milk Frother

I am so far, very happy to say I am very happy to have this new machine! 1. Received it Feb 27th, 2023. Earlier than expected delivery date. Started using the morning of Feb 28th. 2. It was not a repackaged used machine that slipped through the cracks like it appeared to have in so many of the recent comments!!!!! Thinking wherever those people are that got a repackaged used machine, must be serviced by an Amazon facility that has employees that don't care!!! To them, if they read this, always let Amazon know!!! 3. I drink MEDAGLIA D'ORO, which is Espresso Italian Roast ground coffee. For that, cannot use the screen filter that comes with the machine. Need to use the #4 filters which fit perfectly. 4. Have not tried the Espresso side yet, but performing the initial setup per the instructions, everything worked beautifully and easily. There were no leaks. 5. I place the machine on two layers of paper towels (4 sheets, folded in half) which fit the footprint of the machine almost perfectly. In other words, the footprint on the machine fits inside 2 sheets of Bounty paper towels. USING THE COFFFEE SIDE: One of the first things I noticed is the design of the Carafe. Either it needs an improved design, or the current design is to prevent any coffee grind sludge, that made it down from the drip, from pouring into your coffee cup/mug/tumbler. There is about a teaspoon or less, that cannot be poured out. I use the Bold enabled button and seems to work well for boosting the flavor of the coffee. The touch buttons are a nice touch... no brute force needed for turning any knobs or pressing actual buttons... fewer moving parts means fewer mechanical failures. I set the clock on the machine on Thursday, March 2nd, and today, March 4th, I noticed it was a minute behind already. Not a real bad thing, as it is easier to set the clock forward a few minutes due to it being slightly slow, than resetting the time back because it runs to fast. As for the filter and the reservoir for the coffee side, I wish the reservoir was removable like it is for the espresso side. Making it easier to clean than. And as for the filter, I'll need to try and keep track of when that needs to be changed. Meaning have to set some reminder someplace "Check coffee reservoir filter to replace", gee... as if there aren't enough other reminders in life to list and keep track of!!! LOL I have not changed the default time for the warmer to turn off, as I am turning off the machine after the coffee is done dripping. OH... something I didn't see mentioned is... The machine has a BEEP (not loud) when done with the dripping. That is a nice touch if you are still in proximity to the machine. I like that as a reminder!!! That's it for now... will update later if and when I remember to.

Yes…Read the 1 star reviews before buying this coffee machine ppl! I did but the machine looked so pretty and had multiple functions, so I ignored the reviews and clear warnings! So I bought this coffee machine July 2021 for my husband’s anniversary. Yayyy, but NO! From the beginning we had issues: Malfunction #1- It started when we went to make an espresso and water just kept pouring out, machine never stopped on its own. We had to manually shut it off. Malfunction #2- Went to use the froth for capuchino. Never steamed but started to smell like something was on fire. This awful burnt smell kept rising stronger and stronger - like an electrical fire was about to happen. So fear made us stop using that feature-period! Ok, so we decided no espressos or cappuccinos Malfunction #3- About 1 year in, the machine periodically would turn itself on automatically by making this loud motorized noise. Before purchasing, I had read reviews about this same noise and electrical issue , but ignored it! Malfunction #5 - The clock display would started to countdown and after every 20 min or so, then this loud motorized noise would start. (Sounded like a grinding noise) The only way to stop the noice was to unplug the machine from the wall outlet. We were afraid to leave home with our coffee maker plugged in for fear it might burn the house down:( By this time, we called the company, they took my info, however nothing was done, no refund, no replacement, nothing! Malfunction #5- Finally, after plugging in the coffee pot section in the outlet each morning and brewing a pot of coffee, this feature finally died too. It just stopped dripping. Placed the coffee in the filter, poured the water in the chamber and nothing happened. So we finally threw the coffee machine in the garbage! So this coffee machine may be good for <6months! Ask yourself is $250.00 worth it! The reason we held on to this coffee machine for so long is because we did NOT want to waste our money. We tried to get as much as we could out of this purchase. Should of wrote this review sooner. Extremely disappointing!

Bought as a gift for my daughter and her fiancé they absolutely love it. They addressed some of the negative reviews and feel like it’s user error. They’ve had no issues with this and enjoy their daily espresso.

I’ve wanted an espresso machine for awhile since buying lattes every morning is expensive. I figured this would be a good starter machine. The pros: It makes a good cup of coffee, I mean really good. Way better than the machine we had. It has nice features, it’s extremely easy to use, looks great in the kitchen, and was affordable. We use it every day with no problems. I can finally make a good latte in the morning. I feel spoiled. The cons: The quality of the espresso maker parts is poor. The portafilter is lower quality, the espresso seems to brew a little too fast at times, and don’t get me started on the wand. It’s flimsy and cheap and hard to steam milk so that it’s silky. The product designers definitely gave up. It would be much better with an upgraded steam wand. That being said, it does good enough for me and, given the price, it’s understandable. Overall, I do recommend this machine. However, if you’re a coffee aficionado and have the money, then a higher-end machine would probably suit your needs best.

I decided to write this review first to express all the positive things this machine has, I read a lot of bad reviews and good too before I decided to buy it ,but the bad ones made me double think if this was the right one. I took my chances ! The machine arrived very well packaged inside 3 boxes, everything was protected, clean and organize. The instructions on the manual were very clear with images and directions to start cleaning and using it. So I first tested both sides and brew first with Just water twice as recommended. The digital control pannel with a clock for both expreso and regular coffee allows you to brew both type of coffee at the same time since they have separate water containers and bottom to bexsetup. The clock also allow you to set auto brew for next day so you can set the hour to wake up with your coffee ready and hot since it keep warm up to 2 hours witch I have the chance to verify this morning. The Expresso side has 3 coffee containers one for single, double expresso and also for coffee pods.The milk frother is excellent with a long and strong pressure it is so good, so good that the foam of my capuchinos last till my last drink.It didn't took me too much time to have my milk foam ready less than a minute to be honest. The machine looks great has a good size too Im.in love with it.I dont know what happen with the others customers if they buy them used or refurbished, if the didn't how to maintain the machine but my experience has been great so far and I do recommended. The regular coffee container is good size for the entire family so you don't have to keep brewing onless you are making espressos that need to be reloaded. Hope I don't have to regret later my good comments.I will post another review after a 2 or 3 months. See my pictures and video

I purchased this coffee maker in December, and while it functioned well initially, it has already completely stopped working. Pros: - Performance When Functional: During the brief time it worked, it brewed coffee without any issues. Cons: - Poor Longevity: The heating element completely failed after only a few months of light use. - Unreliable Construction: Once the heating component goes out, the entire machine becomes useless. Bottom Line: Very disappointing durability. Given how quickly the internal heating element died, I cannot recommend this model. You are much better off investing in a more reliable brand that lasts.

Have had this for a few years now. It's used daily for our mochas! I would definately purchase again

Bought this and received it Tuesday, 13 Aug 2024. Primed it that night and Wednesday morning, my husband made a pot of coffee. In the afternoon, I made some espresso and tried out the frother. Frother didn't want to actually froth on the cappuccino setting. But I know the old school way of doing it. Not a big deal. Everything tasted great! I was super excited for this upgrade! Cleaned entire machine and prepped for the next morning. Yesterday morning, as I came into the kitchen, my husband informed me the coffee maker did not work. He had turned on the coffee maker and waited a whole hour... and nothing. I proceeded to try to get it working, figuring he did something wrong... being a new machine and all. I got nothing. I tried the espresso side. Nothing. Not even the frother worked. All day, I tried to get it working, doing every trouble shooting proceedure listed (which isn't much and doesn't state anything for this occurance, same stuff on the De' Longhi website), and still nothing. Yesterday evening, I called De'Longhi and they stated that because it was still so recent, to contact Amazon to see about a refund or trade. I was hoping for a replacement. Unfortunately, Amazon told me no replacement available, so refund was the only option, and I didn't need to return the machine (thank God, because my husband had thrown out the box!). But they required a video as proof of it not working. As I started recording the first attempted video (background noise between my two boys and my husband kept interrupting), the espresso side, to include frother, began working! But still no coffee side. Even to now (noon MST, Friday, 16 Aug 2024), the coffee side doesn't heat up, pump water, drip, etc. I highly recommend heeding the warnings from other reviewers and look at another coffee/espresso maker. I will not be rebuying another De'Longhi machine. So disappointed.

I recently (5 months ago) switched from 2 Keurig machines, (one single cup, one espresso) to this fine machine. It has saved so much space on our counter. I like to have a double shot espresso and top it off with a French roast on my weekends. This little powerhouse of a coffee/espresso maker does this blend to perfection! The flavor from the bold setting (coffee maker side) is exceptional! Cleaning this machine is also super easy & they give you the first descaler with the kit. The only issue I have had with it is that the "blinking light" for the espresso side, only works 60%-70% of the time. I like this machine so much that I convinced my boss we need one at work, it shows up next week 🙌 Edit****** I have now owned this machine for 5 years. It still makes amazing coffee & espresso. I would still 100% reccomend this to anyone looking for a great coffee maker.. also, the one at work is still in use at an office of 30 people!!

Similiar to other comments. I bought for seasonal use for the cabin so perhaps used 20 times over last couple of years. Coffee machine is fine, however the espresso machine keeps leaking last year and finally no pressure of espresso this year at all. Getting rid of it and buying better. Disappointing from a trusted brand.

Love it, great coffee, espresso and frother
