Item arrived on-time, in good condition, and as advertised. Haven’t installed it yet but Wii review when I do.

I used this for a drain line (low pressure) so once I removed the spring with 1 screw it worked great! Seems high quality and working well!

Mistake purchase. I did not realize it was only for pressurized water lines. The spring inside is stiff. Good part if needed for that application but it was not what I needed.

This is a good product in the correct application. I installed these to prevent priming problems on a swimming pool. They worked great for a week or two. Lawn mower clippings and small leaves made their way it into the main drain and skimmers. The check valve clogged and water flow came to a complete stop. If you must use a check valve in your system, 1) best if you only have "clear, clean Water". 2) If there is only occasional debris get a clear check valve so you can see the debris and make sure it is threaded for removal and cleaning. The valves were a real clogging problem in my "leafy" situation. I removed the valves, but it was not the fault of the valves. I used them in the wrong application.

Caution this item is mislabeled the label on the bag says inch and a quarter valve valve the permanent molded imprint shows one inch and it is indeed a 1 in check valve so if you need a 1 inch check valve by this one if you need an inch and a quarter this will not fit cuz it's a one inch valve

These valves have been great. I've been using them in my fish pond, and they do clog with algae occasionally, but they can be disassembled easily with a monkey wrench and cleaned out without too much trouble. I like 'em and haven't got a bad to say about 'em.
