Works with smartthings perfectly, very nice color, can also tune color temp
Bulb is instantly recognized by smartthings hub. Fairly easy to set up in a multi light lamp and then group them together through various scenes or you can change the color independently through the app. At current price these lights are amazing. I would pay the full price of almost 50 dollars but the 14 dollar sale price I got these at was a bargain. Especially for bulbs that you can also adjust color temp as well as the actual color, so it's not only RGBW but you can have soft white (2700K) or daylight (6500K) or anything in between.

6 MONTH REVIEW.....They're trash.
The absolute worst bulbs on the market currently. They're so bad I feel like Sylvania is scamming people and they should do a recall. I've been using Cree and GE brand smart bulbs with my Samsung Smarthub and Amazon Alexa device since they first came onto the market about 7 years ago. Not a single problem in 7 years.I decided to upgrade to multicolored bulbs so I could make everything red at night to help me get ready for sleep.Problems:- I purchased 11 Sylvania bulbs. What i received was 4 Sylvania bulbs and 7 "Osram" brand bulbs. I assume this is the same manufacturer? Either way Im sending them back. I expect to receive whats advertised. I already have mixed model smart bulbs and it leads to slightly different on/off times. I want ALL my bulbs to be identical this time.- These bulbs react much slower to voice commands than my previous (white only) LED bulbs....Like 2-3 times slower. Sometimes it takes a full 5-10 seconds to get my modest 11 bulb single bedroom apartment turned off before walking out the door for work.- About 60% of the time I have to say the voice command twice to get all the bulbs to turn on or off. I never had that problem with my old Cree or GE bulbs.- After 3-6 months of use bulbs begin randomly dying. I'll be working in the kitchen and a bulb will suddenly go dim. It doesnt turn completely off and it still shows connected and remotely operational from the Smart hub but the bulb no longer shines at full brightness. 2 of my 11 bulbs stopped working after 3 months. A 3rd bulb just now stopped working at the 6 month mark.Summary: I couldnt find any other Smart Hub compatible multicolor bulbs but I will be constantly searching for something to replace these Sylvania scam bulbs.

Good price and completely meet my needs!
For many years, when I've had to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, I've either been temporarily blinded by the bright light (needed in my windowless bathroom during the day) or tried to do things without any light which yields predictable (poor) results from time to time. And the position of the lone set of outlets in there is not well suited to receive a nightlight, not to mention squandering one of the meager outlets on something that's only useful for about 1/3 of the entire day.Fast-forward to present day. I've begun a long-term home-automation project and I heard about these bulbs on a podcast, thinking, "Hey, these could meet my nighttime, don't-destroy-my-night-vision AND daytime, let-me-actually-see-the-results-of-my-shaving needs!" so I bought one to try it out. (I made the mistake of ordering it from a local home-improvement store and *later* saw a far better price here at Amazon, so back it went to the home-improvement place (because they didn't know how to read their own price-match policy).Anyway, I got it yesterday and had a moment of minor panic, thinking that I needed a special Lightify hub for it, but that was not the case. I'm still not an expert at any of this stuff, but apparently the wireless protocol the bulb uses is natively compatible with one of the protocols that my Samsung Smartthings Hub (v2) uses, so I didn't need to buy any extra hardware. Yay!I did a little searching to see how to pair it with my hub and basically just needed to screw it into the socket. I did that, it blinked a few times, and then it -- as expected -- showed up as a new "thing" in my Smartthings app. I added it there and then added it to several of the third-party control apps that I use to run these kinds of devices in my house. One of them is called Stringify and I use it for about 95% of the HA tasks I need. As usual, I created a Stringify flow for the bulb (along with an extra motion sensor I had) so that when I walk into the bathroom (motion detected) and it's nighttime, the bulb turns on with a red color at 35% brightness. When I walk into the bathroom during the day, it turns on a bright white color at 100% brightness. I woke up this morning while it was still "nighttime" and found that this arrangement works like a champ!Since I expected that it was all working just fine, I ordered two more bulbs so that I would fill my 3-bulb vanity fixture. I also installed a little plastic cover over the lightswitch so that a guest doesn't accidentally turn off the power to the light bulb(s), as that would stop the entire arrangement. :)While they are a little pricey, HA is not a cheap hobby, so I knew what I was getting into. They totally meet my needs and I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a similar lighting solution.

Works very well with Samsung Smartthings
Works very well with Samsung Smartthings. You can configure the color of the bulb from your SmartPhone. Cool stuff.

High rate of defective bulbs
Edit: the one bulb that was offline will not reconnect to the gateway and only works as a white light. Called customer service again but this time was referred to the warranty department. Not worth it for a $20 white light, don't buy this system.Update: the phone number is still correct as of this time, just the outgoing message is unclear. The email is still incorrect, but they are sending a voucher for the defective bulbs so I changed the rating from two stars to three for now.So far two of these bulbs purchased in the last three years no longer works. First they flicker then dim to the point of being useless. The email for customer service bounces the message back and the phone number also appears to not be in service. They are advertised to last almost twenty years, and should for this price. I will be looking into other options since the app is also no longer supported according to an email from osram last year.Amazon should not be selling these if they are not supported and should be issuing refunds for defective ones already sold.

No incluye gateway!
