The media could not be loaded.  Sotion has greatly improved their Air Leg Massager. I bought this for my parents as my Father has knee problems and my Mother with leg cramps and problems in general. It really helps my Mother if she has been standing or walking too long. The use of this leg masssger and hot bath help her immensely.This is a plug in unit with VERY quiet motors and is not distracting at all.This second generation model offers a better and breathable material unlike the first generation model and is more comfortable to wear. Better velcro material and keepers for the calve flaps are a nice feature.The bright trim of the fabric helps the wearer or assistant to easily see the panels unlike the first generation and competitor models in one color.The air leg massager is well marked with L and R to easily ascertain which leg to properly attach. Other competitors have markings that are small tags at the boot or L / R impressed in a plastic piece that does not easily stand out.This improved model now has a 20 minute run time with auto shutoff. This is an additional 5 minutes more than the previous model as well as other competitors.The controller unit display goes off after approximately 20 seconds, a nice feature if used at night or when the user wants a low light condition. It is easily turned back on by pressing any button to wake it up.When you first turn on the unit, the default is Auto that massages the whole leg at Intesity Level 2. Auto operates all areas: feet, calves, and thighs and Mode 1 massages the feet only, Mode 2 calves only and Mode 3 massages the thighs only.The controller unit is ergonomically engineered with simple and easy to use buttons and symbology. The controller unit LED display is quite intuitive, very easy to figure out for those that don't read instructions before use.It is important to ensure the controller’s cable be pushed in firmly to ensure the unit powers up. Also, through use it may work loose enough to lose contact. The unit is not defective just loose, simply unplug then plug the controller and cable and you are back in business.This model offers not one but 2 heat modes. Mode 1 provides High temperature at 140 ℉, while Mode 2 provides a lower temperature setting of 120 ℉ at the knee area only. These adjustable temperatures and the ability to massage any part of the leg greatly enhance the therapeutic effects of a leg massage.A very thoughtful accessory is the travel bag. This really helps to keep your work area tidy as well as quickly and easily take this wherever you go - just put it in your suitcase, or even wear it on your back!Sotion customer service is excellent and they follow up on your email for assistance. Unlike other competitors, every question I have asked was answered quickly and detailed, never a simple answer such as “please see the supplied manual to (fill in your problem) or call the service department”. Sotion customer service definitely is NOT an answer bot giving a generic answer when you need to communicate with a real person on the other side.I highly recommend this air leg massager for anyone with or without medical issues. I bought this product as I was having some leg cramps after biking. The leg massager is very easy to set up and the adjustable straps are easy to fit whether you’re standing or sitting. When sliding your legs in be sure not to tighten the straps to much as when you are start using the different modes it will tighten up. It’s just like a doctors BP sleeve. You want to make sure it’s snug but not too loose that it will come off. After you set up on your legs just to plug the AC cord to the outlet and begin to use. The leg massager has 3 different modes and levels of intensity. I strongly recommend you start with the lowest setting and intensity until you get fully acclimated to increase the level of intensity. Each cycle last 20 mins and it is recommended that you do not exceed its use for longer periods of time. I normally use it 2 times per day once in the morning and later on in the day, after working out. By the time you’re done your legs will feel much better and less tight and stiff. I highly recommend this product for anyone without physical limitations such as high blood pressure to facilitate good cardiovascular health. In terms of some drawbacks this product has one of them is the size of the foot massage sleeve is rather small for someone like myself with a 13” shoe size. Nonetheless, whether your toes stick out or not it still provides a good massage around the base and arch of the foot. The second is tge massage heater is only around the knees. Hopefully new product development will allow the manufacturer to include heating on all panels of the leg sleeve. Overall this is an excellent product.

Sotion foot and Knee messagers are ideal gifts for yourself or loved ones. If you have a job that keeps you on your feet most of the day then the Sotion foot messager works very well. The vibrations of the messager is like having a bunch of tiny fingers rubbing your feet all at once. The added heat setting is just the icing on the cake. I work long hours and at the end of my day all I wanted to do was take a long hot shower and soak my feet. The only thing is I hated having to set up my foot spa and having to empty and clean the spa when I was done. I did not look forward to doing this every night. The Sotion foot messager was easier and faster to use, and I could use it every night. There was no set-up and clean-up. I just slipped my feet in and fastened the straps, set the controls to my desired heat and vibration setting, and lay back and relax. There’s also a timer so you don’t have to worry about the risk of possible injuring yourself when using the heat settings. The Sotion Foot Messager is ideal for daily use. I love it. Sotion gets a 5 star rating in my book.

I bought this for my mom who needs it after her recent hospitalization. since my is petitie I needed something smaller and little did i know that it only has large size which is extremely big for my mom and it drains her energy just to buckle and fix organize everything in order to use it. I tried sending it back to get a smaller size if avaibke or somthing less buktjy and easier to put on and take off. but this item cannot be returned. so now I am just stuck with this because my mom refuses to use it. she is a kidney patient and ut tires her out trying to fit in to it...extremely disappointed that this product doesn't have other sizes. or return.
