This machine works perfectly. I like the 3 range settings and it's not really loud. Billy (Min Pin) has learned how to use it himself. The balls that comes with the machine are durable and a bit heavy. I use Kong Squeaker balls. They aren't as heavy and they travel further. I'm currently using it in my house. I'm using the electric power cord. I haven't tried to run it on batteries.

Only had this for a couple days & our 2 Jack Russells really liked it. On the 30 foot setting, it threw up to 12 feet. On the 10 foot setting it threw up to 6 feet. Couldn't keep up with the dogs. Throw distances got shorter & shorter with each turn. In other reviews, they talked about the damp/wet balls having a major effect. I completely agree. Also seemed like the 2" balls were just slightly too small to be launched by the wheels properly.This technology is just like the pitching machines used in baseball/softball, but not designed/manufactured near as well. Very cheap, especially if compared to the constant use of the pitching machines used at batting cages. Way too expensive for what you get & how it works.

My dog loves fetching ball but doesn't know how to drop into it (like some videos) As such, I have to keep dropping the ball.Don't expect this to be solo game. Otherwise it is worth it. Three settings are good enough for indoors especially if you have long hallway.

I like this but I do not understand the need for battery and plug-in. My Yorkies love It.I will follow up in 60 days to make sure I still am happy with it…

Box was damaged badly when I received the product, the launcher does not work very well at all, and is very loud! It is very inconsistent with the launching pattern and barely launches the ball 10 feet even on the highest setting. Very disappointed with this purchase.

I hate this machine , it is load and works sometimes

I tried everything and its did not work. I plugged it on outside and inside. Nope. Had to return it. A positive is that they return and refund was easy and handled quickly.
