LORYERGO Laptop Lap Desk - Lap Desk Fits Up to 17" Laptops (Black)

Best thing I ever could’ve bought myself.I work at home and have 4 jobs. Yes, I am insane but I clearly don’t know how to say no to people that ask me to work for them 😂 Sometimes I really just want to walk away from my desk and sit on my couch to watch TV while I work and not sit in an office chair anymore.I bought a screen extender to use while sitting on the couch - I work in accounting and it’s impossible to do anything without at least 1 extra screen. But my legs would get so hot from the computer heat and my legs obviously aren’t an even surface so if I moved even a little bit, the screen extender would tip the laptop over. So, I went on a search for a lap desk.This fits the bill perfectly.1. There are two “bumps” on the bottom so the desk doesn’t touch my legs for the full width of the desk, which is so nice because, even without the heat of the laptop, my legs would still get hot being covered. What can I say, I’m a fat girl that runs hot 😂 so these things are important to me. Also, the “bump” at the backside is bigger than the front so it gives it a nice slant.2. As previously mentioned, I am a big girl so was worried about finding one that would fully cross the width of my legs. This one not only covers my legs, but there is extra room to spare. It lines up perfectly with sitting on my couch and having the mouse on the arm rest side.3. It’s so sturdy. I’ve seen those lap desks that have a bean bag like bottom - that won’t work for me. I need something study enough that my laptop extender doesn’t weigh down so this is perfect.4. The surface area is perfect. My laptop extender doesn’t completely hang off the end and there is room behind the laptop for the extender kickstand (this particular extender has the kickstand behind the laptop, not behind the extender itself). My laptop is 15.6” and the extender is 13”. I couldn’t find any reviews for people that use extenders, so I hope this is helpful to someone else.The mouse pad does kind of lift up at the edges, but I just push them back down. If they stopped sticking, I’d just use some glue to fix it. Everything else about this is perfect so I’m not concerned about that.Overall, highly recommend!If you made it through this whole review, you’re a trooper 😂

I like this product! I decided to get one because my roommate found a similar one...and well we are working remotely now. My computer would easily over heat if on my lap, but now it doesn't as much (it is getting old). It is larger than others I found, which I personally like because I don't like to have the feeling of a computer so close to your body with yours arms like a T-Rex. The wrist-rest is a nice feature that was a rare find. With my work, I tend to write notes, so having the space to write and then have a place for a pen/pencil is convenient--This was also a very rare find with a separate place to place your phone. The fabric is strong. The cushions on the bottom are more sturdy feeling (not like a bean-bag). And the 2 different sizes of the cushions produces a nice raised level for my height (5.4). I can easily use it with my legs straight or criss-crossed. And the carrying handle is very useful.The edges might wear faster depends on how you handle it, I stand my up on hardwood flooring in a corner when not using it. The wrist-rest also detached (halfway) within 2 weeks of use. I could see it was attached by a small amount of glue with screws holding it together. You can't feel the screws though, so I just superglued it, and haven't had a problem. Hoping that there will be different color designs in the future with maybe an edge/corner guards.Note: In a narrow high armed chairs might make it awkward to type, since it will probably sit on-top of the arms.(in picture: Computer is 11.75 inches across by 7.5inches)

This lap desk says it works for 17” with room for the mouse pad area. Well it does have some room for a mouse but the 17” fits slightly over the pad area. Not a huge deal for me personally but should be noted for those that require the full space for mouse tracking.With that being said:I love the sturdy feel and the super light weight of this desk. I had another cheap desk before and it was also sturdy and lightweight however the cushions on the bottom were subpar. Not so with this desk! No more does the edge cut into my legs! The cushions are thick enough and in the right spots for good support for a little heavier/larger laptop. The little tray grooves I honestly didn’t even think would be anything I would use. I was wrong about that! I work from home and use a little card thing. It would just kind of dangle around before but it fits in one of those trays perfectly and was a pleasant bonus feature that I didn’t know I even needed!Very pleased with this product and it’s well worth paying a couple bucks more over the cheaper store brand hands down.

I was a bit hesitant to get this because I felt that the price (while lower than other styles/brands) I wasn’t sure if I wanted to spend the money,Now I am one that loves to move around to work. This includes moving to the couch. That means that I am working without the use of a table, and cannot use my mouse.So I found this item. With that said here are my thoughts:- great and super light table with added comfort. Easy to travel with it.- has a pad for the mouse- not bad looking either.My 5 year old daughter loves it too! :)

This is very comfortable placing on your legs for a long period of time. Very light weight but sturdy. I love that it is portable and so very convenient as well as so useful. I can put my phone in the phone slot and it works great. I wish I had looked and remembered to get for a 17-inch laptop, but it still fits. Definitely recommend.

It performs exactly how it is described and how I expected it to. I love this thing. It really helps for work from home. I've not been easy on it and it still looks new. Would definitely purchase again.

This is lightweight and comfortable. Fits my MacBook Air great, sits a bit over the mouse pad. But doesn't slide around and super comfortable for typing.

I hardly write reviews but this is awesome, super comfortable, works great with laptops etc. I use mine with a keyboard and a mouse with my laptop plugged in to my tv for couch gaming too.

It just has a cheaper feel then what I was looking for.

Althought a tad expensive, it looks great and has a nice feeling and perfect size as well!

I like the fact that it is wide and also have the mouse pad attached to it. It is worth buying
