I love this pasta maker attachment. I got my heavy duty KitchenAid out of the closet to try it and of course it worked. What made the attachment even better is. I keep a small artisan KitchenAid on the counter and the attachment worked on the Artisan KitchenAid. What a win-win. On my first try, I made lasagna sheets, linguine, and thin spaghetti. It made pasta making so easy. Definitely try it.

You need this if you're serious about making pasta. The learning curve is so small you'll be a master by the time you use it twice. I had always wanted to make pasta and this attachment made it so easy I wish I did it years ago! And!, guess what? The first thing I made was ravioli! They came out perfectly and with the leftover dough, I made 2 single servings of spaghetti. My next "project" was tortellini. No problemo!! Soo good! Listen, if you've been intimidated by making pasta you don't have to be anymore. Making the dough is the hardest part. Once you get that down(in about 2 tries or so) you'll have fresh, homemade pasta coming out of your ears! Ps. It's fun too!

Product is very well made and works great. I wish it had covers for the slots you aren't using. You have to be careful not to let the dough droop into the wrong slot when using the device. We were trying to thin the dough but the back end fell in the spaghetti cutter. Whoops...

Oh wow, what an improvement. I very much enjoyed my hand crank noodle maker. But this thing knocks it out of the park. With my handheld, I had to have one person cranking while I ran the noodles through. With this one, I can handle it all by myself, and faster. Love them noodles.

Worked as promised! Loved the fresh pasta.

I didn’t wanna spring for the more expensive namebrand version of a pasta maker because I didn’t know how dedicated I would be to making pasta. This device is great. It goes right in my KitchenAid and it’s so easy to use. I have made pasta over a dozen times now and each time I’ve had no problem. I use four eggs, 3 cups of flour and a little water if it’s needed and the dough always comes thru this device great!

Perfect for true Italian pasta

What usually took me 1/2 hour with my manual pasta machine, took me only 6 minutes with this attachment. What a time saver. So easy to attach to my Cuisinart SM-50R, and so easy to clean. This is the second Kitchenaid attachment that I purchased from this seller that totally FITS my Cuisinart Stand Mixer. Can't thank you enough.

プレス機能しか使用しておりませんが、あっと言う間に極薄にプレスされ大満足です。ただし、機械に投入する前にあらかじめ麺棒で延ばす必要が有ります。しかし、これと言って苦に成らない程度です。餃子の皮作りは、手持ちの他の機械で作るより、これを使用した方が仕上がりが早いです。買って良かったです。皆さんにお勧めしたいです。追伸、この商品は、思いの外重いのでキッチンエイドミキサーに装着する際、落とさないで下さいね。

Great attachment for the Kitchen Aid, easy to use and clean. Perfect addition

Bought this for my parents. They were using a hand-crank noodle machine, which is fine and all, but they're getting older, and they're not in good health. So enter this attachment. It is super easy to attach and use. It takes a bit of playing around with it to get the feel of what it does with dough, but it cuts down on how long it takes to make a batch of noodles. And a lot less effort. We thought it would be too high sitting on the countertop, but it wasn't a problem. It was about shoulder height, which worked well, and it gave plenty of space underneath to catch the dough pieces coming out. We did notice that with the fine noodle cutter, it would sort of cut some of the noodles but not separate them. It looked like there was one piece of the blade that wasn't sharp enough or something. But interestingly enough, that resolved itself with cooking the noodles. All in all, a good investment. They didn't have to ponder very long about whether to keep it or not. They are quite happy with it.
