Can this support 10ft seamless paper roll and if so do i still need the pvc pipe?

It can, but I usually use the pvc tube to give more support, especially the ends where the rollers slide into.

How would i attach an impact screen the the roller?

To use the rolling feature of the product, you need to buy a roller/bar to hold your screen. It needs to be 2” in diameter (I use a PVC pipe). I don’t know how wide or heavy your impact screen is, but I question if this is the right hanging solution for you. It’s designed for lightweight backdrops, not golf ball resistant. ;)

I currently use a single white 9 foot drop for now. I want only one hanger (space needs) Are they easy to change..say in 10 minutes?

Yes, they slide off the wall bracket hanger unit from small slots, then you unloosen the ends which allows the insert piece to slide out of the pvc pipe holding the background. You now can insert them into another pvc pipe with another background. You can change the rolls or just get extra ones and have all your backgrounds on separate rolls and all you have to do is slide them into the slot on the wall bracket hanger. I have 5 pvc pipes with different backgrounds and each has the roller wheel and chain, and all I do is switch them out. Each package contains two end pieces and a chain.
