Prism Mantis Single-line Kite, Iris

This is an easy to fly and beautiful kite. Unique shape makes people stop to watch. Colors really pop in the bright sunshine. If you're looking for an easy beach kite that kids and adults alike can enjoy, this is it.

Came with a 1 in hole in the top of kite. It was patched.

Received the kite damaged. One of the tail attachment points were broken. I was able to fly with a 30ft replacement transition tail before I returned the kite. Kite flew fairly well. It needs a longer tail than what prism provides with the kite to fly it stable. Wing span to tail ratio is way off. I would recommend prism pica kite over Mantis. Mantis is the stretched version of the Pica.

Beautiful kite! Easy to fly in moderate wind! Seemed easier to launch and keep in the air than the Pica (which is also a great kite!). My 5 year old daughter loves her Mantis!

This kite is a bit more expensive than some but so far has really been worth the money. Very lightweight, easy to put together, has survived multiple crashes, and *everyone* who sees it comments on how beautiful it is. Love it.

fantastic flying kite, nice flowing tale, good length of high quality string and the winder works well. I like the fact that everything you need to fly will go in the bag and the string attaches to the case.would buy again and probably will in another color.

I like the Prism Kites. They put a lot of thought and research into their designs & the kites are well made.

Flies great and is easy to fly. Only set back is that it needs pretty strong wind to stay afloat.
