WIX FILTR LD 24048 Cabin Air Filter

The WIX filter looks and fits identical to Mopar OEM down to the pleats, edges etc. In the picture is the new WIX 24048 next to the dirty Mopar 6807 1668AA. Replacing this on my 2018 Chrysler 300 is a very simple, no tools, five minute job and I saved a bunch vs dealer or quick lube shop prices. Build quality on the WIX is great, I think better than than the no-name aftermarket filter my quick lube shop offered for about $50 installed. The WIX also has a Microban coating that they say resist mold, mildew etc. which hopefully will be a plus since I live in very humid south Louisiana.

Change this every 2-3 years. Big difference. Simple install. Great wix product as always. Name you can trust!

It does what it is supposed to, it filters. Cheaper than anything local. easy to install.

Air filter fitted properly with no problems and does what it should. Inexpensive filter that should probably be replaced every 6 months to a year. Figure - you should change your home air filter every month... Why wouldn't you change this??

Works as advertised and at a great price. Amazon makes it super easy to find the right part for your car. Plus it was more than half the price my local garage wanted to charge for a replacement filter. I'll see how long this thing lasts.

The old cabin filter started to smell a little "musty" or like mildew. Replaced this from inside the hood in 2 minutes and the smell is gone. Fit my wife's 2011 Dodge Charger perfectly. We will be changing cabin filters regularly now.
