ASPENEvergreen 621 SI Belt

I've ordered less expensive si belt before, but this was reccomened from the physical therapist at pain management. Great difference. Prior one was velcro that always came undone. This one is velcro but with the strings you can pull to tighten so much better, so therefore a much better fit and so far I haven't had a problem with it coming undone at all. So if you are in need definitely give this one a shot. and as reference this photo show's the man wearing the belt in wrong spot.

This SI belt is a game saver. I've had 4 back surgeries & tried dozens of products. I have L5S1 pain & this belt works! Worth the money. $

These things are tough to read reviews for, because lower back problems can be caused by many tiny nerves in different spots. It took me years to get correctly diagnosed that I had a true SI joint problem (ruling out disc problems and hip problems with a lot of medical tests). If you have a true SI joint "looseness", there's nothing better than this belt in my opinion. It worked for my SI joint and reduces pain by 80%. You have to try it and if it doesn't work, don't just leave it a bad review. You may have another problem there because this belt works.

I bought this at the recommendation of a coworker. He wears one when his back is aching. Mine is always aching.I got it and put it on…at first it was on too high. Later I adjusted it to be more at the top of my buttocks and wow it was working.Super easy to adjust. The pulley system is unique and does make it unlike any brace I’ve worn before.Wore it now for three days and it has helped a lot. Both me and my coworker commented on how our legs felt fatigued at the end of the day after wearing this brace but we chalked it up to the brace pulling our hips inward to relieve the pain in our back.
