Manual key not getting open but good sales service by Yale team they solved the issued immediately within 2 days

Safe not opening using manual override during first installation
Safe is not opening using manual override key during first-time installation. The company's YouTube video doesn't offer any clue what could be going wrong and on trouble shooting.Even the replacement safe provided by Yale is defective.

Product quality is good enough. Value for money. It has been a month and the batteries did not drained till date. So optimistic battery usage and clear instruction for the error. But only one thing I want to add on instructions, while opening with admin mode give 00 as CC code(which is not mentioned in manual).

Rusted product - rusty keyhole
Product quality seems subpar. I haven’t even used this product yet but I don’t know what we can expect from a brand new product that has a rusted keyhole. The exchange/return window is only for 10 days, which is quite a hindrance during this festive season.
