La Bella San Marzano - Italian Cherry Tomatoes (Pomodorini di Collina), (6)- 14.5 oz. Cans

These tomatoes did something special to my tomato sauce. It added a slightly sweet but complex taste that really improved the flavor overall. I highly recommend them.

Decided to order thesebecause I needed them for a recipe. The cans were severely dented as others had indicated. Made it very hard to open.

These are a must for good sauce.

I myself first by hand, (not to bruise the tomato) softly almost crush the toms. I use a high end EVOO, Sautee tomatoes, garlic, onion, Prosciutto De Palma, bit of Basil. Have ready some finely chop onion, garlic, some baby green peas, cut up your additional Prosciutto and basil!Now while Sautee process maybe 11-12 minutes. Add additional ingredients cook at a higher flame- Already have your water at boil. Add Pasta (Prefer a good Italian Pasta, not Barilla!) Add pasta at the same time you start up your Sautee process.Add ingredients to your pasta. A nice, grated cheese top off. Bottle of Amarone wine (or a Ruffino Ducale O're)Ones who enjoy quality Italian food will love this (time well spent) (Get your toms!)

I have been ordering San Marzano cherry tomatoes imported from Italy for many years, this brand is awful I doubt they are truly San Marzano cherry tomatoes.

I ordered 12 cans of La Bella San Marzano Cherry Tomatoes.9 out of 12 cans were dented, and 4 very bad........Would not order from this vender again..........I gave flavor a 4 star rating because I have bought them before and they are delicious.
