After sales support is terrible
After 10 months of normal usage (2-3hrs daily), it stops charging. I tried to claim warranty but Amazon UAE keeps telling that they will follow up with the courier for the driver to pick up. It has been a 2 weeks no call no updates. Its a good headset but the after sale support of Amazon UAE is very bad.
