Cheap plastic handle. Scratches on the bottom inside the kettle. Depending on how I would turn it on the base it would slightly wobble. It takes effort to take out the lid or insert it back - by design. Every push of a button to turn on or set temperature is accompanied by a loud unpleasant beep. The cord is 50 cm instead of stated 75. If you touch the steel it will show the handprints so you have to keep on wiping it to make sure it looks good - not unique to this model but something to consider.I thought it was ugly but I bought it because it appeared to be a good quality product based on the great reviews and high price point. I thought using it would be a nice luxurious experience. I requested to return this.Have looked at similar models by other brands but all of them appear to have some quality issues. Will buy something simpler until I want to spend a few hundreds on something that actually deserves it.By the way, someone was asking if they can use it to boil milk - it is explicitly stated in the manual to use it only for water without any additives at all.Hope that helps.

Great product.I bought the kettle to use it for pour over coffee like V60, Kalita, etc.The quality is good, handling/ control is perfect while pouring.Preset heat degree is accurate, I tested with external thermo gauge.For less than 200AED. Its a perfect kettle

Great product, does what it says at a reasonable price too. Variable temperature control is handy with audible confirmation (quite loud, don’t know if there is an option t turn it off but it’s ok for me so np)

It does the job but first of all the temp settings are not accurate, for example to get a water temp of 85 I have to set it to 75 cos the 85 degree setting will make the water closer to 90...Also the kettle sound when it starts and finishes is VERY loud and there is no way to control it. So if you're preparing your coffee in the morning and someone is asleep in a room close by... Good Luck

Amazing to use. I wanted something different from the usual kettles, also the whole stainless steel body is fantastic... the other kettles rust and go bust very quick.I love how elegant this is.

I needed something for my coffee brewing at 85 degrees and this item get the job done great value and great products 👌🏼4 star because of the cheap plastic

Very precise in temperature controlPreserves the warmth of water long enough before reheating.Cons the beeping sound when on and off is somehow irritating for earsOverall its very nice

I love the look of the kettle, the functionality and the way the water flows from the spout, unfortunately it is way too noisy.
