This product IMO is a good value and I may order this again but for now I am not. I started taking these antioxidant tablets to add Selenium to what I was taking. But Selenium is toxic if too much is taken; I wanted to add NACET to my daily supplements, and the NACET I chose contains Selenium and Molybdenum because the three work together. So to add that, I had to drop this. Taking supplements can be a challenge when other compounds are added to products in addition to the ones we want to take. BTW, I haven't used it myself but 21st Century makes another supplement that has similar ingredients, in different amounts. If you are trying to balance out what you take, or just add an all purpose supplement, you might want to take a look at it. (Therapeutic M).

I discovered this supplement while looking for a good antioxidant to add to my daily routine. Antioxidants are well known for helping combat oxidative stress and supporting overall health by neutralizing free radicals in the body. This, in turn, helps strengthen the immune system and improve general well-being. Previously, I tried a much more expensive brand with a higher number of ingredients, but it caused significant stomach upset. Because of that experience, I was a bit skeptical about trying this one—especially since it comes in tablet form and the pill is fairly large with a decent amount of calcium. However, I’m very familiar with the 21st Century brand, and the reasonable price convinced me to give it a chance. I’m very glad I did. I started taking it and experienced absolutely no side effects. Despite its size, the tablet is easy to swallow and very gentle on the stomach. The results were noticeable for me: I have more energy and feel much more resilient during cold and flu season. I really appreciate that the ingredients are well balanced, without excessive doses, which makes it suitable for long-term use. This supplement has definitely become a regular part of my routine, and I can confidently recommend it to anyone looking for reliable immune system support.

These work really well and worth the money

These pills are quite large and a little hard to swallow, so basically they had to be cut in half to make it easier.
