Product might work miracles but i am concerned about the gelatin that had been used to make the capsule, Gelatins are animal based, So if you are vegetarian skip this product.

Very much needed when walgreens runs out!! I take two every morning. I heard that in women, it gives just a boost of energy. I take it for better liver function and it boosts my immune system. This made all the difference between sleeping way too much as my immune system was shot, and having a normal life the day after I started taking it!! I never miss a day. It helped to change my life.

I have been using this product, Nature's Bounty Milk Thistle, for YEARS!!! I enjoy my 2 glasses of wine in the evening with dinner. About 10 years ago I was informed I had a fatty liver. So IMMEDIATELY I begin taking this product. 10 years later the doc checked my liver and I had minimal fat in my liver. In my younger years I did abuse my liver with regular partying. I only took 1 supplement a day but I am about to kick it up to 2 supplements a day. Wow, this product WORKS!! Rachel
