Carhartt Ripstop Solid Shirt Jac

I think this jacket is overpriced but I really wanted it in Hunter Green. I have a dark grey one and really like them. They provide a great shell and are great to layer over a hoodie.

I have been wearing Carhartt and Walls work clothing for over thirty-years and have always worn a size Large (regular large). I have purchased ball-caps, socks, long sleeve shirts, short sleeve shirts, costs, jackets, and vests all of which are size Large.This Carhartt rip-stop nylon shirt jacket #104106 in Army Green is a discontinued item which is not being replenished when out of stock but I like the color do I thought I’d give it a try. At 5’8”, 290-lbs, 42” chest, and 36” waist I was completely surprised when the shirt sleeve cuffs extended beyond my finger-tips.Had to return since I followed Amazon’s fit chart.Was able to find a size Medium (medium regular) which by the way fits perfect.Is this the new normal for Carhartt work clothing?

I wore this jacket on a mild day and couldn't stop sweating. The inner lining is unbreathable polyester. If you enjoy sweating and feeling clammy, then this product is for you.I'm giving it to the donation bin.

Some reviews said that this Solid Shirt Jac ran large, but I found that it runs true to size. Outstanding shirt jacket, but that is what I have come to expect from Carhartt.

Definitely better than expected! The top left pocket in a pocket takes a bit, but it is handy! The side pockets are large and in the right place! It’s a great mid/light weight jacket when you need to keep the chill off. It’s easy for full range of motion activities and I use it mainly fishing where I cast a lot! Durable and easy to clean. You won’t be disappointed

I’m 6’2 and 185lbs. I thought the large would be good but it was too big! I felt like baby yoda sippin’ his tea!

Bought this for my husband and he loved it! It fit as expected. Packaging was great. Recommend it!
