Does this come with the nylon straps for kickbacks and glute bridge and the 2 extra handles for the arm exercises?

It comes with the straps for glute bridges and kickbacks, but it does not come with extra handles. You have to buy the new coba plus for that.

ive seen outer thigh exercises but nothing for the inner thigh?

There is one exercise at least that can be done on this for inner (they do demo it somewhere in the app) but as this is already a hard area to engage, I did not find it very effective

Is under-board band 20 pound each or all 3 bands are 20 pounds in sum? thank you!

Their are three seperate 20lb bands that equal 60lbs.

How do i add resistance or more weight to the exercise performed?

I use the ankle weights on both feet to add more resistance when lifting each leg backwards
