This is great utility/desk LED light. the entire thing is made of metal, so build quality if very good. The light is housed in a long diffuser, which gives a nice even distribution of the light. the unit can get very bright, if I rotate the light away from me and pivot the diffuser to point upwards i can light up my room just from this one single lamp!I bought this as i need something that is flexible, as i sometimes do some model and electrical work on small items, having the ability to pivot, rotate and lower the light closer to my desk is a massive bonus.I highly recommend this light if you need something more than the typical LED desk lamp and need something that is more robust and flexible.PROSMetal construction - solid build, metal construction throughout.Flexible - can rotate at the base 360, arm can articulate in two places, the light/diffuser can also rotate. Can be used to point away from desk and at a wall or ceiling, or lowered within 3 inches to the desk.USB powered - I've connected this to my laptop USB ports with no problems.Colour temps - can change from a cool fluorescent type colour temp to a full orange/tungsten colour (default)Brightness - can be set very low to very bright, almost too bright when looked at directly. Can light up my room when bouncing the light off my ceiling.CONS'Table clamp, - the clamp protrudes at the back, not underneath like a monitor arm. This means you must have around 2cm clearance behind/side the desk. I mount this on the side of my desk as it fits my needs better as a utility lamp so I don't have this problem, please be ware of this if you are intending to mount this behind your desk..Loses last settings if it loses power - i always switch off my devices at the mains each night. This lamp will default back to tungsten (yellow/orange) and full brightness after power off. If power is not cut then it will remember the last settings.I prefer the whiter/blue colour, this only 2 clicks to change but it would have been nice to remember the settings even after cutting the power,

I have a work desk next to my bed and needed a lamp that would work both as a working lamp and a nighttime reading light. This is just the thing. It's well-made and holds its position when the lamp head is positioned above the G clamp at the base.It plug it into the USB charging socket. I'm using one that's integral with my 13 amp 230 volt mains socket, which has freed up a space for a 13 amp plug.Having a clamp instead of a base also means that I have more desk space. Unfortunately the G clamp that secures it is slightly too small for my table (I have an odd table there the subframe is very close to the edge of the tabletop) However, the clamp is smaller than the measurements in the description show, and I bought it based on those measurements. I am going to modify my table to accommodate it. Ideally, the G clamp would have been deeper and longer to make it more versatile.The lamp arrived fully constructed except having to slot the lamp's bottom pin into the G clamp. It doesn't come with a USB charger, but must people have plenty of these kicking around.Do check that the charger you use doesn't overheat. Some phone chargers are very low wattage and the lamp might be too much for it. The lamps is 10 Watts. A 5 volt output, 2.1 amp (therefore 10.5 Watt) charger I have works fine with it. USB 2 and 3 are much lower wattages, so I would not use those to power it.It looks smart, matt black and stainless steel, doesn't get hot.Overall, a pleasing purchase.

The arm provides great flexibility, directing the light at will. It does draw a lot of current, so a suitable power charger is required if used from a mains outlet. The lamp is fine when drawing power from a computer USB port.

This desk lamp really impresses me - it is solidly built, easy to attach to a desk via the clamp, and very easy to adjust to any angle/position you need. I connected it to a spare USB port on my PC and it powers from it perfectly. There is a control unit built into the power cord (whcih is quite long), so you can adjust the brightness and also choose blue-white, yellow-white or both. It remembers your choice when you switch it on next time. I'm finding it perfect for my hobby of model kit building (see photo). The long, thin light provides a nice even, bright lighting, perfect for that!

This lamp is absolutely great - I really enjoy the feature where I am able to rotate/adjust the metal arm of the lamp to suit the angle.You get 3 light settings (very similar to a ring light) ie warm, cool and a mix of both. So very flexible depending on time of day and location. Brightness levels also customisable - I tested the brightest setting and it lit up my whole bedroom which is impressive.Very lightweight yet sturdy, was easy to fix to my desk with minimal assembly required.Looks super sleek and modern on my desk, now I cannot wait to use it in the evenings!

Bought this as a supplementary light for my sewing workroom, fed up with working in my own shadow from a central ceiling light when sat in certain positions! The lamp attached easily to my work table by a generous clamp (up to 2" depth), the clamp is sturdy yet compact, so doesn't get in the way. The arm and lamp are fully poseable, the arm long enough to position over a second adjacent table. The whole thing twists round from the base and the arm elements can be tightened with integral screw fasteners to ensure no droop. The lamp seems well made and good quality. Has made a world of difference. I rarely write reviews, but this item impressed me. Very pleased and would recommend highly.

Wow why didn't I buy this sooner. Needed light for my computer desk that would stand over my monitor. This one is perfect. Love the fact it is USB powered. It is very bright and the different light modes and dimmer controls are perfect.The vice clip is easy to use and the unit itself is not heavy so there is no worry of it falling and damaging the monitor.If I could give 10 stars I would.Perfect light.

I’ve recently gotten into puzzles 🧩 and this lamp has helped me a lot.Absolutely love it! Very happy with it.Clamps on to just about anything and it’s very flexible. Beside Las being able to swing/move the arm in just about any direction you can also tilt the actual light part any way. Very flexible.There are 3 different white settings and each of them is dimmable.This is a must for anybody doing desk work, working on puzzles or paintings etc...

Prodotto molto maneggevole, leggero e comodo. Il materiale è molto solido e resistente e mi ha convinto molto la possibilità di piegare il braccio a proprio piacimento, la morsa regge alla perfezione. Sicuramente molto innovativa la porta usb per alimentarla anche in un luogo senza prese della corrente con il proprio PC . La luminosità è molto forte e la memorizzazione delle impostazioni fa risparmiare tempo. Acquisto molto consigliato per chi vuole avere molto a basso prezzo .

Habe die Lampe jetzt seit etwa 6 Wochen in Betrieb, alles funktioniert wie beschrieben: 3 Farbtemperaturen, 10 Helligkeitsstufen, alle Gelenke einfach klemmbar, Lampenelement unabhängig dreh und neigbar! Besonders angenehm ist, dass das Einschaltelement (ca. 12 cm vom Lampenfuß am Kabel9 mit einer LED- Beleuchtung ausgestattet ist, sodass man den Schalter auch im Dunkeln sofort findet. Die Verarbeitung ist gut, der Klemmfuß hält stabil auf der Tischplatte, ich habe nichts(!) nachteiliges über diese Lampe zu schreiben. somit ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar und ich bin sehr zufrieden. bei den negativen Rezensionen habe ich doch das Gefühl, dass hier von Erwartungen ausgegangen wird, die angesichts des Preises überzogen waren! Oder, weil auch die stereotypischen negativen Rezensionen überraschend ähnlich sind (irgendetwas ist instabil, gleich abgebrochen, etc... geht gleich zurück, Schrott... ) wie man sie bei fast allen Produkten findet, kommt doch der Verdacht auf, dass sie konkurrenzgesteuert oder von bezahlten Trollen verfasst werden, da das Produkt in diesen Fällen ja immer zurückgeht haben diese "verifizierten" Käufer ja auch keine wirklichen Nachteile!

Es la máxima expresión de la simpleza. Viene montado, lo atornillas a cualquier esquina de mesa o superficie (literalmente se aguanta en cualquier sitio), es muy ligero pero de buena calidad. No es de plástico, parece de aluminio. va por usb pero le puedes poner cualquier adaptador y dejarlo a la corriente. Tiene 3 tipos de luces y al ser bastante alto puedes estar en una habitación completamente oscura que ilumina suficiente superficie para trabajar con ordenadores o estudiar con hojas de papel que se leen perfectamente. Tiene un protector para que no de el reflejo en los ojos. Es dificil encontrar alguno mejor y encima lo que cuesta.... lo recomiendo.

I've been using this lamp for about a month and I'm very pleased. The spring arm can be tightened so it stays where you want it. The light is actually very bright. I use the dimming feature to keep it at about half brightness. The colour selection (white/daylight/warm white) is nice for setting the colour of light you prefer. You need to supply your own USB power supply, but the cable is included and integrates the power, colour and brightness controls. Highly recommended!
