One of my pans arrived with a small dent which made it impossible for the lid to fit properly. I notified customer service, they asked for a photo and immediately replaced it! The customer service was friendly and so efficient.The pans heat smoothly and are a dream to clean up. They are sturdily made without being impossibly heavy to lift.

This is a substantial pan with a heavy bottom. It distributes heat evenly and my food does not stick. Clean-up was easy. So far I really l like this pan.

These pans are heavier than I thought they would be. Cook great and SUPER easy to clean.

I'm very particular about my skillets, but I've settled on this German Koch Systeme CS granite one. 11" is the perfect size for me - large but not too big, too shallow or too deep. The granite finish is nonstick and great. The handle is comfortable - and you don't have to screw it on yourself (which can be difficult or impossible) as with some other brands. It's a great weight - seems sturdy, and I love the vented glass lid. It's got my favorite lid handle. The skillet and handle look classy and I just love them.

Very good product. But by chance someone uses heavy scrub to clean how good saucepan will be? I don’t know

Good pot, the non stick coating is holding up well so far. Very easy to clean and it looks good!

This pan is great. Great nonstick surface and superb price. Hard to find a pan of decent size with a lid like this one.

This frying pan set is AMAZING for the price!! I can't get over how easy it is to clean and everything gets cooked without sticking at all. I have cooked eggs, chicken breasts and pancakes on them and they are just the BEST ever! I have now ordered the set that includes pots because they are too good to pass up!

Quise esperar unos meses para dar mi opinión, en un principio había pensado darle dos o tres estrellas, que bueno que espere, creo que deben mejorar su control de calidad de salida porque me llego levantado el recubrimiento de una de las paredes como un ollito no se ve a simple vista pero si le pasas la mano lo siente y ya lo puedes ver por ese detalle le doy actualmente 4 estrellas, pense que se pondría feo pero para mi sorpresa sigue como el primer día, quiero señalar que solo lo uso para hacer huevos por lo mismo no quise usarlo para cocinar otras cosas, con la palita de silicon los revuelvo o volteo y tiene mas antiaderencia que un kitchenaid que compre al mismo tiempo por el triple de precio, para mi era muy importante que no se pegaran los huevos en la mañana porque cocino con prisa y efectivamente no se pega nada eso si le pongo unas gotas de aceite y se limpia con facilidad igual sigo las instrucciones solo lo limpio con la parte de la esponja. tendré que animarme a cocinar otras cosas en el a ver como funciona.

la tapa llegó llena de fragmentos de vidrio
