Rejuvenating Eye Balm

I already use a good moisturizer, SPF 30 sunscreen, and exfoliators on my face every single day, but I was looking for that final step to complete my skin care routine. Antioxidants! I live in a big city, aside from the sun my skin deals with all of the environmental toxins floating around in the air. Antioxidants help counteract the effects of all that radiation and pollution around us. Serums can be expensive especially to add on top of all your other lotions & potions, but I wanted that extra protection. This little bottle seems to pack a powerful punch for the price point, and was the perfect product to add. The scent is like highly concentrated grape juice, and goes away pretty quickly. I haven't had any negative reaction or side effect to it, and it has fit in seamlessly with my skincare regimen. Morning and night my routine is as follows: Wash with a gentle cleanser and konjac sponge. Apply one pump of Andalou serum. Apply small amount of moisturizer. And then top it off with SPF 30 (daytime) or a pea sized amount of Retin-A .025% (nighttime) (FYI: I am 25 with combination skin and get occasional hormonal breakouts) This has been the perfect routine for me and my skin has been loving it and looking great! I mostly attribute my clear skin to the moisturizer & Retin-A, but this antioxidant serum is adding an extra layer of protection and is keeping my skin nourished for the long haul. I don't think you are going to "see instant results" with this, but over time I hope it pays off. Science says it will, and there is no better time than the present to take care of your skin and take anti-aging precautions. The price is also perfect considering how much strong antioxidant serums usually cost. Do your future self a favor and start giving your precious facial skin the extra care it needs!

Very pleased with this serum! It's lightweight, milky white in color with a silky feel. Absorbs effortlessly so no need to rub or pull at your skin. It does have a slight fruit scent but I do not find it to be offending and it does not smell like a "chemical". The smell quickly dissipates. Feels moisturizing without being greasy or sticky and I have not had any breakouts (which I'm prone to) using this product. I am on my second bottle of this serum and am still quite pleased to get compliments of how my skin seems younger and fresher. I use it in the evenings under my retinol. The only thing I can criticize is that the amount the pump dispenses on this bottle is different. My first bottle would give the perfect amount to do my face and neck, this one takes 2-3 pumps to get that amount. Very minor complaint.

I love the Andalou Anti-Aging line since I began using it about five years ago. I've used several serums put out by Andalou, as well as other serums by other manufacturers. I discovered this particular serum and love it more than any other serum I've ever used, and I've had a serious skin care regime for thirty solid years. The serum I am reviewing here is specifically Andalou Naturals Fruit Stem Cell Revitalize Serum. It goes on very light, but you still know it's there and doing something. I never feel like I have something "on" my skin; it absorbs quickly and moisturizes well, almost don't need a moisturizer afterwards (but I would never!) The scent is soft and faint. I find I only need one full pump per application, so a little goes a long way. Very happy with this specific serum over any other Andalou serum I've tried, as well as more expensive serums on the market. And Andalou is cruelty free and made with healthy ingredients, which means everything to me. Not many "natural" products give you serious results, but this line does. Definitely recommend!

So far, I really like this product. It does not have a loud smell and what little smell it has, dissipates quickly. It smells slightly fruity but sometimes, I smell nothing. The scent is very, very, very light, almost nonexistent. A single pump does my freshly washed and toned, face and neck. Some may need less. I have VERY DRY skin, so while my hands and face are moist (not wet), I smooth this on and follow with a homemade moisturizer for my lipid layer. I do not feel the need to reapply throughout the day. I try to use morning and night but sometimes I miss a treatment. It goes on light but with full coverage moisture. You can really rub it in if you want, I have experienced no stinging, like with some serums that promise cell turnover. I am the poster child for sensitive skin and firmly believe, that when cell turnover happens in our youth, we can't feel it and that's how it should feel...painless without any stinging or tingling to burn my sensitive cheeks. I LOVE how I look and recently ran into someone I knew 15 years ago and got an 'oh my gosh, you look exactly the same, you look great'. Now, I can't attribute all of that compliment to this, but there has been no negative change since I started using this. It seems to be working as well as my old serum but I like the way this feels better, almost like a lotion. Sometimes, I don't even put on my homemade lipid layer on top. I will continue using. I have already subscribed and saved! I am hitting 30 here soon and the forehead lines are coming in hot because I'm an angry elf. I am using some forehead patches from time to time as well BUT I definitely think this serum has made a difference in those lines as well as the overall plumpness of my skin. My skin overall is very smooth now so my skin has reacted to this serum very nicely. The smell..is not ideal but at least its not a fragrance and its goes away once you've applied it anyway.

I feel neutral about this product. I regularly buy various products by Andalou Naturals and are used to their products normally having a pleasant scent. I was very unsure about the smell of this product as my particular bottled received had a fermented fruit/wine smell to it. So I contacted the seller and they assured me it was official and directly from Andalou Naturals and directed me to contact Andalou Naturals as reassurance. Andalou Naturals assured me that it was typical sometimes of this particular product to sometimes have a fermented fruit/wine smell to it. Sometimes it has a more pleasant smell as well. It varies from batch to batch. I tested this product out in Whole Foods and it didn't have the fermented fruit/wine scent. They have print dates for when the product was made on the bottle. Mines is recent. Aside of the smell, I tried the product and it seems okay so far, but nothing spectacular or extraordinary. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now. I will continue using it until the bottle is empty to give it more time to show any further results. But I don't think I will be buying it again. If I notice anything special I will report back. But this product I think is just not right for me and what I was hoping for, but it might be good for others who try it depending on what they're hoping for.

I was looking for a serum to add to my morning skincare routine and found this after doing lots of research. Even though you can pretty much ignore the "stem cell" claims (there is no scientific evidence that they could help regenerating skin), this is a great serum with an impressive blend of fatty acids and non-fragrant plant oils. These ingredients will moisturize your skin and prevent sun damage when used together with a sunscreen. The opaque package also allows the ingredients to stay fresh for longer. It has worked well on my sensitive combination skin so far, but I think it might be a little too thick for those with oily skin.

Product is great! Not sure what everyone’s problem is with the scent- I enjoy it. You don’t require a lot per use and its not oily.

Smell isn’t pleasant and face broke out for some reason

I just returned to this page to repurchase, and noticed this product only had one review, so I thought I should write a review too. I have sensitive skin with dry patches and find this to be an excellent serum. I use it during the day, and it sinks in nicely, and I can easily apply moisturiser and makeup soon afterwards. I have noticed that since using it, my skin stays hydrated all day, and I no longer have to reapply moisturiser in the afternoon, and my dry patches have disappeared. I have used much more expensive high end brands, and find this serum performs as well as these, but is much more competitively priced. Update: there's been huge price hike, so I have bought another brand as my next replacement instead (Balance Hyaluronic).

The product doesn’t look and smell like original. It is yellow and grainy. I believe it got waisted. Moreover, the box is crumpled and scratched. And the system says I cannot return it. Update: I have just received an original product delivered from the US and made a photo for comparison. The good one is on the left side and the one ordered from this seller is on the right. The difference is more than noticeable.

Very high quality. Nice complement of anti aging ingredients...proven to work. Excellent beautypedia reviews...will definitely repurchase! Not greasy or heavy, works well under moisturizer and makeup. Pleasant, light smell...sort of fruity. Affordable and very good packaging to keep ingredients stable. Highly recommend.
