Nothing is worse than feeling like you are going crazy during pregnancy or that you don't know enough when it comes to your own body when giving birth. I haven't gave birth yet, however throughout my pregnancy this has been very helpful. It has step by step chapters through each week and trimester while you are pregnant. Along with postpartum! I recommend that every pregnant person has a pregnancy book like this one!
