Not worth the money. I thought BCAAâs were good for you but I asked a PT and he said this was basically juice. Youâre paying for the brand name. So the âfat burnerâ lived up to that and it was like it had a few chilli flakes in the ingredients lol

The quantity was 30% less than normal
The quantity was 30% less than normal bottle , though the bottle was sealed .I guess it was tampered as i have been using the same brand of bcca for last 2 years and have never faced such a issue
