Definitely offers both a skin + mood boost. :)
This product is awesome. No strange lingering aftertaste. I’ve seen both a boost in my mood(boyfriend thanks you) and my skin has seen a huge boost in clarity and smoothness. I work in the beauty industry(Hair + Lashes) and I recommend it to all of my clients the moment they comment on how nice my skin is. I’m not going to say it’s going to be a stand alone miracle product however, if taken with a good mix of other vitamins and a pretty simple skin care regiment(daily face wash, coconut oil and a weekly mud mask), it truly works to enhance the improvement of the skin overall. +++ back to the mood thing..... really, it helps amplify my happy quote a bit and that alone is WORTH IT!
