Saved the day for my use
I had a vertically long LCD light in my garage. The garage recently had a door opener installed and the light was in contact with the opener chain. This extension allowed the light to be lower than the chain, with no interference with the garage door opener.

Light bulb extender
Great item. I needed to extend the light blades lower and this worked very well.

I would buy them again.
They do the job but I was disappointed in the fact that they don't hold the bend in the middle very well so the light sags and doesn't shine where needed. But, that is only if you have a large bulb or a larger element. For the small and very short stems, they are alright.
