Tastes great but not as great as it used to
New formula over the last 6-12 months. has two problems over old formula. It’s more sweeter and tastes more mango like but it also tastes more artificial. Secondly, it’s got a deeper yellow orange colour which in itself is not a problem but it spills on clothes and stains now. The old formula did not have this issue. I would still buy this over any other flavour hands down

Good but....
Good: Powder dissolves easily in water. Bad: Unfortunately, this product tastes extremely sweet. The only way for me to down it, is by dividing one scoop into three glasses of water. This stuff trumps any and all sports-drink I have ever used...

I bought this XTEND drink powder to use as a pre-workout mix primarily because it has NO CAFFEINE (no jitters) and because I needed something to help my muscles recover faster and also because of the Electrolytes. The first time I used it during my exercise routine and halfway through I started to run out of gas! I had to continue drinking cold water to cool me down. The second workout I actually drank this mix 30min. before my workout and I tell you what... it worked wonders! Half way through my workout I felt like a caught a second wind and was able to finish my workout strongly. I love Mango so I love the taste. I make my mix with about 12oz of water and its a tiny bit on the sweet side and I did notice there was a tiny bit of powder floating at the bottom of the mixing bottle, but if you want yours not so sweet feel free to add a little bit more water. Highly recommend!
