What is the difference between the Logitech 570 for $29.95 and this one for $59.00?

Looks like nothing. I own the 570 I bought from Amazon for $26. Same specs. Looked at the Logitech website to no avail. Regardless the cheaper one works the same way and ideally. I even play games on it and it is a dream. Buy he cheaper one.

Question 2

Since you're only using your thumb, does it get sore after a while?  Could it cause thumb problems from repetitive use?

Doesn't bother mine, but I have rough use hands. Suppose anything could cause problems depending on your bone and tendon structure.  I really like this mouse

After only one month of usage the ball isn't moving the mouse so well.  Everything else works good.  Any suggestions?

What are the actual dimensions of this trackball? I have a keyboard tray with limited space including height.

Length wise it's 5 3/8" width wise it's almost 4" at it's widest. The height is about 1 5/8". That all said, I strongly suggest looking for an official Logitec Trackball Mouse if you aim to buy this. I bought a cheaper one and it say Logi on it not Logitech and it died on me within a month! I tried to put my review AND get a refund and got nowhere fast! I'm very displeased with how things were handled. Other than that, good luck! :) Cheers
