It does not allow ANY light inside (other than some tiny sliver of light escaping at the sides since I could not hang them flushed against the window) and also provide good thermal barrier. I live in the Middle East and sun shines very bright here and also its very hot during summer. Since we started using them in our apartment, we have to check our phones to make sure its morning and our windows faces almost east and we don't have any tall buildings or trees in our neighborhood to block the light. As for sound isolation, maybe it works... I am not sure as we have some constrictions happening two floors directly below us since we bought them so I cannot say how much adequate it is in a residential neighborhood, but for us, currently, it does not help much with stopping sound.

Really nice curtains, made out of quality material. Perfectly sewen. And blocks out almost all the light. The under lining is a thick cloth as well. Now I can sleep in peace.

It can cover the sun 99% of the time. Lessen the noise as well. Its not to heavy, but does veey well.

No pongo foto porque en realidad no logro capturar el color exacto, en unas me salen muy café, en otras más gris, pero, definitivamente es color Topo, me encanta, justo lo que buscaba!!! Es mezcla entre marrón y gris, tela no delgada, tampoco es demasiado pesada, tiene caída, con un tanto de brillo, pero eso la hace más elegante aún, no pasa nada de luz, para que te des una idea de color, es más como la primera foto de la galería, las otras nada que ver, es un solo panel, nada barata para ser uno, pero vale cada peso, compraré más sin duda!!!

I found these originally on Wayfair when I was setting up a nursery and LOVED them. Quality, colour, blackout level are all top notch. I was so sad when I went back to Wayfair to order a new set for my bedroom to find they were discontinued. SO happy to find them here and the quality is the EXACT same! I will order again and again for every room that I need.

Mis amables vecinos tuvieron a bien la idea de poner en su patio unas luces enormes que dan directamente a mi ventana y que tienen la gentileza de encender absolutamente todas las noches, por eso tuve que comprar esta cortina.Para mi sorpresa es de muy buena calidad, su textura es muy suave y tiene pinta como si fuera de seda. Realmente se ve elegante.Bloquean la luz completamente, incluso hice la prueba con la lámpara de mi celular.Lo único que no me gustó fueron los agujeros de arriba, desde donde obviamente se filtra la luz y como a mi me gusta sentirme Drácula y no ver ni una partícula de luz por las noches, pues me molesta ver esos agujeros iluminados. Hubiese preferido que fuera de esas cortinas que tienen una pestaña para introducir el cortinero.Fuera de eso, el producto es bueno. Lo recomiendo bastante. En el día oscurece la habitación, si tienes migraña es ideal para correr tu cortina y descansar
