Hopefully this is fire and water resistant. Haven't had the experience of either for factual purposes. But, it is sturdy and made well.

Very disappointed and confused
The bag was exactly as described but it arrived and was dirty inside with what looked like spilt tea or coffee. I had to wash the bag by hand . If it was not such an ordeal to return ( especially in COVID) I would have. Very disappointed and confused as to why it would arrive in this state
