Super fun, but broke quickly
This is genius! Our son kept asking for a robotic hand for his seventh birthday, and this kept popping up in my searches and was reasonably priced. I think he was hoping for an actual robot, not a toy that introduces him to coding, but he's been having fun with it. Adult participation was definitely required to get this together correctly, but from there, he can have the hand tap out whatever patterns he codes using the little chips placed at various positions on the wheel. It's a really great low-tech learning toy. I'm docking a star because two fingers snapped off within the first couple of weeks...I'm not sure how this happened, but it's either intended for older kids or not built to last.

SO disappointed!
We ordered for the CS Bear Robotics Adventure. Upon putting it together, we discovered that the screws did not fit properly. Some holes were too small and some too big which left small gaps between pieces. The wires popped off the motor and we were unable to reattach them, rendering the hand broken and not able to perform it's functions. We paid less than $20 for the kit and will get credit for the build, the kids had fun, but it's sad that it cannot work as intended.

Just ok
My grandson and I watched the video of what this robotic hand does. He thought it was hilarious, so I got it for him. He had more fun putting it together than actually “playing” with it. If your child likes building and puzzles, this would be a good gift. At least it wasn’t expensive…

not what I thought
it only taps its fingers on the table or surface based on how you "program" it. when I say program. its just pegs on a wheel like an old music box.
