The Seven 7 Steps To Wealth Creation Through Real Estate Investing

It takes a lot for me to feel scammed. I’m open minded. Rarely critical of other people work. But I have to say...there are no “7 steps” in this book like the title would lead you to believe. Just 7 short general content chapters advertising a separate online course for you to learn the content you were expecting to learn in this 130 page book. It has a few good concepts here(that we already learned after a few bigger pockets YouTube videos) and there but 90 percent is filler and marketing for his course and syndication team. You’re better off learning from 10 minute YouTube videos. I feel like I’ve paid for a 20 dollar advertisement that was 3 hours long.

I been doing real estate investing as a beginner and thought this book would be insightful and learn something new. seems like you can learn a lot of this stuff on YouTube. not worth the money IMO.

Just like his social media, it’s all fillers. There no actual 7 steps or any info. Just large claims that point you to buying his course. You could get all this info from YouTube.Lots of smoke and mirrors, between what he says vs the little he shows to back it up. He also touts his Facebook/Tesla/google jobs making you believe he was high up, or on the technical side. Instead, he was just a recruiter for these companies.He even went so far to pay for his own new story to be posted online. Smoke and mirrors, the agency had to label the article as “this was a paid media story and we do not stand behind any information as accurate”. Smoke and mirrors.

This book is honestly worth every penny! As an avid reader of personal development & knowledge packed books I am pleased to add this to my library! All prior books I’ve read have been amazing however they are out dated. This is relevant, up to date with current markets & information! Recommend it 150%

Richard has been my mentor in Real Estate and I've been waiting so long for this book and I'm still reading it but I can assure you will enjoy the content and you'll learn a lot of things from it

This book is a great read for any sort of investor. it is a useful guide to know about success and trading. Very interesting content and keeps your focus.

Great book. This covers a lot of good content about real estate investing. I have been followinf Richard on instagram for over a year and learned a lot. Now that i have read his book i learned even more. I will highly recommend this book to all my friends.
