Very good reading and application for life! Stop listening to every one else except your spouse. Endeavor to apply each step at a time.

It is a great book to look at your life in a diifferent (and simple) way. However it's not updated to today's world (social media etc.) thus steps 4 and 5 are not very intersting. Nevertheless a great guide-book

Author's point of view is very interesting in many aspects. I considered myself an organized person until now...after couple of days, I threw away pounds of papers and unusefull objects, old clothes, and so on, following the levels of the "pyramid of simplification". It works. More important and relevant principles are commented in the book, all of them very interesting, and I liked many of them.

Love this book. Made my life simple. This is not my first copy. Delivered on time in excellent condition.

Very good advice for all areas of life. Borrowed from the library, read it, then ordered it. Am using the desk clean up portion. I did the personality quiz portion - I truly was equal on 4 of them.

Superaddictive book to read! I've got a few of küstenmacher's books and they're all very much fun to read. Really helped me with my cluttered desk...

When you open the book it falls apart, the binding is a disgrace. The contents isn't any better: Küstenmacher copied most of it from other books, so there is very little new. There are lots of better and more original books available.

I first came across this author when in Germany visiting family. I decided to get a copy in English as I liked the little sketches and the sense of humor. Good practical advice, putting it into practice is another thing...

A good book about learning about how to simplify and slow down from life's hectic pace.

Self help books generally don't. this is worth buying and worth rereading( about every second year!)

Ich hab zuerst das deutsche Buch und jetzt auch die englische Fassung, weil manche Wortübersetzungen im Englischen noch deutlicher rüber kommen. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.
