Wonderful book, with a world-wide slant on Indian food. Have already made the pani-puri with the 5 waters plus 2 of my own - best street food ever. Sehr interessante und leckere Rezepte
Ich war in Delhi in seinem Restaurant und wurde von seiner Küche absolut überzeugt. So mußte ich das Buch natürlich auch haben! Manish Mehrota macht eine absolut überzeugende Indische Küche mit europäischen Elementen - ich bin Europäer, die Inder werden das womöglich genau andersherum sehen. Wer nicht die Möglichkeit hat, im Indian Accent zu essen sollte sich die wunderbare Erfahrung leisten, das eine oder andere Rezept von ihm nachzukochen!
