Dry hair. Really helps to add volume once dry and finishing up with the styling.

Does it have a strong fragrance ?

I don’t notice a fragrance at all. But that’s different for each individual.. it’s a great product

Is there other sellers that have Osis+ volume up in stock?

Everyone says it is discontinued!! Boo hoo

Does this have any holding power like regular hair spray or do you still need hair spray to "freeze" hair?

It does have holding power however my hair is very thick so I have to also use hair spray. My husbands hair is fine and thin, it works great alone for him.

Does whats its supposed to do

Took me a while to figure out the best way to use it. Best used after already styling your hair in a preferred way, then spraying moderately to create a thickened look. It also has a hold effect, so hair wouldn’t blow away with the wind.
