high quality
This is essential for every fisherman. I've been to the Emergency Room twice to get hooks removed after sticking my hand in a fishes mouth to remove a crankbait only to have the fish flop and me getting hooked. This eliminates this ever happening again.

Worked better than expected.
I used these on smaller fish and they worked fine.

Great Tools! But De-hooker broke after 6 months of regular use...
I use the knot tying tool all the time. It clips line easier than pliers or scissors, and when I am out I keep it clipped to my pants with the lanyard. Works great! I use it to snell hooks--by far the fastest and easiest way to snell hooks after a little practice. Really useful tool. Yeah, sure, it isn't too hard to learn how to do it without, but this tool is quick and snappy about it, and it really works well. I can snell a hook faster than others tie a normal knot.Fish grip is great! I have been concerned the pins may rust out with regular exposure to salt water and salty air. So I rinse/wash them every day. No signs of corroded pins yet (after 7 months of use). And yes, it works great. It holds fish well, and I like it better than metal ones because it is smooth and doesn't rough up their mouths as much--important to me as a catch-and-release fisherman. It's also lighter than the metal grips, which lightens my backpack weight. Weighs almost nothing. The de-hooker was my favorite tool of all. Works much better than pliers for removing hooks because it grips the hook so well. I used it multiple times per week for almost 7 months, and then it broke when I was trying to remove an 8/0 circle hook from a stout 5 foot shark. The tool works excellent, but the plastic handles didn't hold up under heavy pressure. It just broke apart in my hands. I had to cut the hook that day. Lucky I had bolt cutters with me. Yes, I would re-purchase this same tool again, but I wouldn't use them for big fish with tough mouths. I will be buying a bigger, tougher de-hooker for big game fish instead.I considered giving this tool set a lower rating due to the fact it broke on me..... BUT, I DID use all the tools heavily for many months before any problem came up. I became very fond of all 3 tools, and will continue to use them for my fishing adventures. I would definitely purchase again.

Nice quality and easy to use!
I ordered this nifty little fish hook remover tool set for my nephew for Christmas. He is obsessed with fishing, always has been since he was a little boy. Now that he is a teenage he bought himself a small boat to go out and fish with. The older the kids get the harder it is for me to find them gifts they will actually like. I knew anything fishing related would be a win. As soon as he opened the box he seemed pretty happy with this tool. Anyone who has ever fished knows that taking out the hook is most peoples least favorite task when out on the water. This tool makes it so much easier. It fits nicely in your hand and is easy to grip even with wet fingers. You can tell they are quality made products just by handling and working with them. We cant wait for the weather to warm up a bit so he can go out more and enjoy his favorite pastime.

The two sizes are great and the leash is very convenient.
Two removers for the price of 1. I use the longer more often and the leash easily attaches to kayak, fishing bag, or belt.

Great little fishing tool kit!
This is a great tool kit for fishermen! The line clippers work well when attached to the retractable thing and attached onto your belt loop. I use that all the time when changing my lures out. There's a hook sharpener and eye loop paint cleaner that works pretty well and a knot trying tool that would be useful for fly fishermen on it too.The hook removal tool works great! Better than expected actually. It holds the hook securely and is easy to maneuver the hook out of the fish's mouth, no matter where it is. And when you attach it to the coiled retractable cord, and attach it to your belt loop on the other side of your waist, it makes it really convenient to use.And the fish holding lip pliers are pretty handy too. They're especially useful for fish with teeth, but even largemouth bass have little sandpaper type teeth and by using the pliers to hold the fish rather than your hand, you can prevent the skin on your thumb from getting all rough from their little teeth. The picture I attached shows the fish I caught and forgot to use the pliers at first (but then switched to after I remembered I had them), and my thumb just from this one fish.I'd definitely recommend these products!

This hook remover works great.
I have been using the larger one for large and small mouth bass and it works great. So much better than the needle nose pliers I’ve been using. A must have product for every fisherman
