Me gustaron, pero no son lo mejor
A veces me resbaló aún con ellos y también como que se resbala de mi pie, no son tan confiables al 100% pero si son una ayuda, para las personas que nos resbalamos mucho

Pole dance protection
Perfect sizing - although a little loose but they work and stay up when working out on the pole - yes I would recommend if you need protection on your feet and ankles from bruising - while it does not stop the bruising it sure does take a little sting out from the friction etc while on the pole

Amazing
Amazing! I had a Liz Frank fracture on my right foot, I got my foot reconstructed by a couple surgeries. Quite a few years ago. These have helped in my pole classes protecting my foot. I only need to wear one on the right foot. I would definitely order again. I highly recommend it. A medium fit me perfect
