Will this work for a messy and piecy look for short hair?

I have short hair and like to stye it in different ways and this product allows me the ability to do so without being sticky.

Has anyone had issues with delivery of this product? ordered twice never got it. once package cut, and empty, second time lost by ups? coincidence?

I have never had any issues and I have ordered it several times.

Does this work the same as the dry shampoo paste but without the shampoo? would the control paste be better for this?

It’s a styling paste so not dry shampoo

Should this be used on wet hair or dry hair?

I’ve been using it for years. It works best when the hair is still slightly wet. Usually I’ll apply it a few minutes after letting my hair dry from a shower, or, if I’m in a rush, I’ll just moisten my hair with my hands first, then apply. You CAN apply it to dry hair, but it will be more of a thick paste that’s harder to spread evenly.
